Assuming you want to see the girl again, I don't see what benefit is gained by waiting three days- you are just more likely to provoke buyers remorse.

I send a text just to say hello the next night, and we normally have a short text or phone conversation. This continues the relationship on a friendly basis and they almost always want to come back for a repeat.

I do this even if the girl was a pump and dump-leaving a girl with bitter feelings really isn't a good idea.

Another reason-having a record of friendly texts from the girl after the bang provides you with evidence the sex was consensual which is vital if the girl decides to later claim it wasn't

And it happens-it's happening to a younger friend of mine right now-he banged a girl at a party the same night he met her and she is now telling people and putting on Facebook that he forced her. The other people at the party are taking his side and there's no police involvement yet, but he is naturally very concerned. And he has no after-bang texts from her.

I do think that texting her the same night of the bang (if you don't sleep with her) or the next morning is a bad idea as it makes you seem to eager and involved.

This shit is so cliche, but is so fucking true. Every time I've put down a tepid bang (which I lament has happened), the girl either disappears or is hard to secure for a subsequent date. When I've put down champion-level, pile-driving, merciless, jungle-style, You-dirty-whore-I'm-going-to-fuck-you-to-death, McDonald's-style sexual beat-downs, the girls somehow manage to show up at my house again (usually bearing something baked or brewed).

They also strangely become preoccupied with "how [I'm] doing" and what "[I'm] doing" on random nights.

True- I often get a text from her as I'm driving home from her place, and if not, early the next morning.

That's exactly how I handle it as well. No sexting, no compliments for a while. I don't want her to think she has me just because i banged her once- I want her to know she has keep working to get into my favor.

I can attest to this 100%. If I like a girl enough to want to see her again, I make a special effort to give her a hard and rough fucking. And if you make her come, you've almost guaranteed yourself repeat business
