Being a waiter on the beach isn't as easy as you think

Recently, I've taken a job as a waiter over the summer at a beachfront restaurant. I've noticed that many of the women on the island are much looser and more willing to flirt than women on the mainland.

I'm well aware that this is due to the fact that women's personalities tend to change when they go on vacation/go some place where they feel more free and they're much easier and more open to game.

Has anyone ever been a waiter in this setting who was very successful with these women while working? I find it relatively difficult to game while working due to time constraints/actual work/etc. I occasionally get a good quip in or two, but aside from that it's very difficult to even get numbers.

Here's the number one thing holding me back: I'm 19. I can't go out to the late night scene where the game scene flourishes (70-30 girl to guy ratio and they're all relatively 6+ and their morals go out the window), and I don't have a house on the island which is a real deal breaker.

Where are you? I work in restaurants and have known many waiters who regularly hook up with customers. They all have a few things in common...you definitely need "waiter game". Should be good looking, don't be stiff, don't act like your under the general manager's thumb, even if you are. You'll have a hard time in a corporate setting. The successful waiters I've known have all had an aloof, "I don't give a fuck about this job", laid back vibe. You gotta flirt with the girls and feel them out. Also, in a lot of instances, they give their number to the girl seeing as how they can't really ask for a number. If you get a flirtatious vibe going with a girl, ask them what they're doing after they leave the restaurant, even if you're too young make it seem like you've got some sort of after party going. Just meet up with them with a flask at the beach and a boombox, who cares. If she doesn't give you her number, just write yours on a piece of printer paper and slip it over and don't say anything.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."

I would like to not spoil this paradise since all they guys are relatively beta here (if they AREN'T meatheads, that is). And even the betas can pick girls up easily here. Ever since I've been working here, it really dawned on me that this may be paradise.

Hints: the island is 35 miles long and around 1/2 mile wide and only accessible by ferry. No cars. Only bikes. Not many people live here year round.

Post of the day!

I worked at Ihop for three weeks at 19. I still pulled a few numbers as a busboy. You read Bang or Day Bang? Step your game up follow TheDude post and you are good. At resort islands the hotel bars are some of the best spots to game. If you really want to attack some of that tourist nani, suit up and chill at the bars. You could catch some divorced milf's partying on their ex-husbands dime, or their daughters dragged out to the island with them.

Catalina island is the spot? Why the fuck am I guessing?

BTW this should have been posted in the newbie thread.

The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.

The Bay Shore Ferry bro. I give you that, you figured it out. But Cherry Grove and the Pines are a whole different world than Ocean Beach, Ocean Bay Park and Fair Harbor.
