How difficult is Prague?

Saying Prague is full of tourists is like saying NYC is full of tourists. Sure, if you hang out in Times Square it is but most of the city isnt. Prague is similar from what I saw. Stay away from the Square and the Bridge are, get more then 1/2 mile away from that, and its mostly locals. There was a mall there in the middle of town that would have been a good day game spot.

That's a good point. We often get caught up in wondering how touristy a city is, but forget that London, Paris, NYC, Rome, Barcelona, Bangkok, Rio are full of tourists as well and that doesn't seem to stop anyone.

^^^ Very true.

I think you said you are fluent (native?) in Polish; if this is the case you shouldn't have much trouble picking up Czech. As a Czech speaking student you will be in a completely different league than a stag partying drunk tourist. I think Prague is a pretty good choice - the girls are still pretty hot and feminine compared to the West, but it is a world-class city at the same time, with good infrastructure and standard of living and a lot of interesting shit to see and do. It seems to me that you focus too much on the girls, I don't think it is that healthy, there are other things to life AND, by the way, girls live literally everywhere. But I guess I might have different priorities since I made a completely opposite transition than you; from Slovakia to USA, and don't regret it one bit (although if I could make the same money somewhere else, the appeal would drop very very fast...)

Also as somebody said, Brno might be a good choice to get away from the overly touristy Prague. Overall Czech Republic is a very good country in my opinion. Plus the girls are probably the most slutty Slavic women in the world, I think this is due to the fact that Czechs are not very religious unlike other Slavic nations that are quite conservative. If you live there long-term and speak the language CR could be quite the poossy paradise, especially outside of Prague center.

That's funny, since i thought that this was a forum about women. Maybe if this was a forum about other thing, then he would've emphasized his idea for a trip in a different way...

Polish and Czech languages are pretty much similar, but it isn't true that you will be understood easily, cuz the very same words in mean smth completely different, but it won't take long to understand them and then Czech lang. won't be an issue. I agree that Prague got very high standard of life, but it means higher costs of life than in PL or UA so he need to take it under consideration. And like I said Czech girls are probably the most opened, bold and liberal (also when it comes to sex) from Slavic nations so yes, I guess it's fair to call them slutty. And about Brno, it's also nice city, but with only 400k inhabitants, it's less than in Poznan and I'm afraid that long term there will be boring and Czech more required

I remember when one of my Czech milenki told me that the average Czech woman has slept with 100 partners. She described Czech girls as pigs interested in sex only like men.
Also a good deal of Czech girls are bisexual if you go to any club you will see for sure two of them kissing each other. They told me it is mostly due to.disappointment from men.

I thought it was the retarded drunken Brits that had ruined Prague, never knew the American ignoramuses were having much of an effect.

Prague feels like "Little USA" there are so many Americans there, it's incredible.

You cannot compare Prague to NYC and London at all. The latter cities have many more things going on than tourism.

In Prague it feels like the city's sole purpose is to attract tourists.

Prague s amazing i just came back home from a erasmus semester there.

The girls are HOT and very friendly.
But lots dont speak english or are shy about it.

Yes its full with tourists and idiot stag parties (personally the worst ive seen were italians) but they are only in the centre. And even there its not a problenbfinding czech girls.

Well then, Break it down.

Bust out a Data Sheet.

Sure thing, G:

Cost of Living:

Prague is EXPENSIVE! Rents are insane. Small stuff like deodorant, shaving stuff, shampoos was all more expensive than back home. I hear some czech ppl travel to germany nowadays for their shopping, it used to be the other way around.
Only exception is food and beer. The beer is awesome btw and you can drink anytime anyhwere. Even in my university cafeteria they beer on tap lol.

Tho i was told some bigger electronic stuff and cars are actually pretty cheap but you dont need that shit in day-to-day life.

Quality of Girls:

The girls are HOT no discussion there IMO. Ive seen more stunners on a good weekend than in an entire year back home (which is relative - german girls are quite ugly IMO). Czech girls are often skinny, have long legs and big tits. They all drink beer and czech food is not good for dieting i wonder how they keep their figure. Lots of dark hair with blue and green eyes.

They like to fuck and often go out in paris of two for hunting. My wing even banged a chick who went solo into his neighbourhood bar with the sole purpose of getting laid. Again unthinkable in my home country - girls never go out alone.

It really helps if you can speak some basic czech and make it clear that youre living in prague and not some idiot tourist.

Besides czech theres all kinds of girls to be found in prague. Russian, Ukraine and girls from kazakhstan were the hottest IMO.

Especially the kazakh chicks impressed me so much that i think i need to do some research about kazakhstan, since i never hear ppl talk about that place. Maybe its just a well kept secret and i shouldnt even talk about it here haa.

Tourists:

Prague is indeed full with tourists and it can be a bit annoying. But they are all in the centre in old town and around wenceslaw square.
The worst ive seen was a pack of italians hollering at a single chick in daytime. REally cheese shit like "ciao bella" and crap like that, 8 guys on one single chick. Jesus guys - pick up rooshs book or sth that was painfull to watch [Image: tard.gif]

But if you move a couple of blocks away from the centre then its ok.

Daygame:

You can do daygame pretty much anywhere. Prague is very centralized and one can walk anywhere in the centre without problems. I did lots of daygame around Mustek Metro Station on Wenceslav Square and in the Oldtown. But its really crowded with tourists and got annoying after a while.

I had a gym in the outskirts so i would just approach chix on my way to the gym. There were so many hot girls on my way to the gym, on a good day i could approach 5 girls on my way to working out. That was a real timesaver!

There was also a high school one block off my apartment pumping out streams of hot young girls every day. Every day on my way to get breakfast i would see young hotties in less and less clothes as the weather got warmer. it was a real delight.

A great thing to do in prague is also doing Streetgame at Night. On my first night out i chatted up a 2 pair of girls around mustek metro and they invited me to come along with them. We went to a bar and i ended up making out with the one chick, while the other one was actively helping me game her, telling me her friend likes me and just leaving us alone (again unthinkable in my homecountry)

Dates:

First i used to take a lot of girls to a place called "Jet Set" off Vodickova Street. It was a really nice lounge place with cocktails, hookas and that whole kind of thing.

When the weather got better i would take girls down to the river (conveniently located next to my appartment) where they would pull out plastic chairs and have these small makeshift bars. A beer for 1,50€ and romantic river view and sometimes live music for free!

Theres also tons of pubs, beergardens, cinemas, the prague zoo, parks etc.

Nightgame:

TBH i didnt do too much Nightgame because i got a ton of Dates from Daytime Approaches so i didnt really bother much.

Places i really liked were Popo Cafe Petl (theres 7 of them all over Prague centre!) and Harleys.

Both are kind of meat markets, especially Harleys which turned into my favourite hangout! A chick from my language class refused to go to harleys, she said there were "too many drunk sluts". Entropy dissed the place in his prague data sheet but i always had a ball when i went there. Beer very epensive tho! Pulled my first SNL rolling solo there.

Also some place in zizkov called "akropolis" or sth? I dont really remember the name but it was pretty cool with electro music.

Another favourite of mine was "U Sudu" on vodickova. Its not so good for picking up girls but you can smoke weed and everytime i met cool ppl to hang out with. And my crazy wing somehow managed to fingerbang a chick on the toilet there no idea how he pulled it off.

Other places like "misch masch" or "Sa Sa Zu" are abit more upscale and lots of russian chicks etc. go there. But ive never been there myself. Tho i dated some hotties who went there regularly.

Theres also tons of small neighbourhood bars where you can just roll in and start macking on girls.

In Prague there is NO stigma if you go out alone, i always feel like a creep doing it home but in prague not at all. Most chicks dont even ask whats up, some would ask "wheres your friend" so i just said "i dont have any friends" and they would go all "ooooooh i dont believe you" and that was it.

Erasmus:

Theres tons of erasmus activities like field trips and also parties evey week. You get informed through the University system SIS. If youre not a student you can propably meet some student and he can tell you when and where they are.
Erasmus chicks are apparently pretty crazy when theyre abroad, i had a german chick almost rape me on a dance floor and tell me how bad she wants to fuck me. That stuff never happens to me back home.

Its really amazing bc you meet ppl from all over the world and it really made me realize how shitty the girls back home were.

conclusion:

all in all a great city. Did i mention that you can smell weed on every street corner and can smoke in many bars? Some shop owners in my street were blazing it up in front of their store every day with the police coming through all the time, not a worry in the world.

Btw if you wanna come as a student, the classes are ridiculously easy. I knew some moldovan chicks who had to attend regular classes and were constantly complaining about getting raped there. But the erasmus classes were a piece of cake, i think noone got worse than a "B" on the courses i attended. Basically the EU pays you to party 4,5 months so take advantage.

The problem with saying "just ignore the center and there's no tourists" is that the center has most of the nightlife. So for nightgame it's hard to do. Sure, you can roll up to Sa Sa Zu, but there are a ton of places in the middle of Prague.

Everything is good early on in the night, but then becomes insanely sausagey after midnight. I went into Roxy at 2am or something and it may have been the worst ratio I've ever seen.

I got a makeout with a czech girl on a pubcrawl, and another makeout with a tourist, but no close. Much better than america, but I had to move on to the second tier.

Harley's and bombay are decent, and if you hit harley's early you can talk to a lot of local girls. Karlovy Lazne wasn't really that bad, but maybe that's just me.

So what was second tier for you in CR?
