Basil get a part time job at a convenience/liquor store. You'll be able to spit game at more girls in a few hours than you could in the bars in clubs in six months. The first day I moved to Florida I stopped at one on my sportbike and the dude working there had one and asked me to ride with him. We stopped at girls houses one after the next smoked weed and drank with them nightly and banged of course. The shit was never ending.

For me this kind of falls under the Yogurt thing.

This is cool if you are young, but really isn't that smooth.

This could be anything like working at a pizza joint at the beach. Sure girls roll by, but you are still the pizza guy.

High end wine shop is smooth though.

G - if you like the high end wine shop biz I got the ultimate biz model if you can raise the Geez$$$ - but NO baby sitting a damned cash register or watching security cams making sure the high end boosters don't walk off with the profits - one boosted bottle of $3,000+ high end Wine or Champagne and there goes a half days profits - wrote several biz plans on it a while back for an overseas client that was looking for some USA exim opps.

Since a strong RE Component Can flip the entire thing to NYC/DC/LA/SF/CHI rat race refugees looking for a more location independent lifestyle with plenty of intl travel and then rinse and repeat.

Tell me more.

G - sorry for the delay shoot me a PM with you anon email (Yahoo Gmail) and I will write up a Short form MIT Forum Summary Plan next week -

Honestly this one is just too good to give a free data sheet away on the public internet and this info cost me some serious Geez. Based on a commercial RE project I worked and some exim folks I met in the process - clued me into a brilliant biz model and I have the ExIm resources across EU/EE and just need the finance for the Property Buildout and initial inventories. It is a massive ExIm and equity cash cow from then on - can be securitized its so clean - and the hook is any one boosts the goods its a Federal Offense! I even have a StP/Moscow component I can toss in to justify a Moscow office for deductible marketing game entertainment Moscow rich investor schmoozing purposes.

People like to talk about Manhattan rich - pales in real cash flow comp to Moscow rich.

This biz is good enough to attract old money Horse Racing high rollers OPM in large good clean SWIFT bank transfers. Because of the Federal Component no cash suitcases from south of SanD.

Nice clean and long term legal with Uncle Sam as our biz partner and enforcer.

The number of employees required is less than an average package store and can be run remote and UTR under the radar nuke boats style because if any of the employees boost any account funds or goods they go to FEDERAL PRISON. Basic background checks and hire good people it is a location independent cash cow that runs itself and can be monitored remotely on a smart phone with a halfway decent security web cam installation.

Will take about $20M to $40M to set up right but that is all land building security systems and inventory so low risk assets backed.

Salute!

tanning salon

dem hoes flock to tanning salons like mosquitoes to a light.

bang the customers, bang the employee greeter girls

bang em in the tanning booth, bang em on top of the tanning booth.

ask them if they'd like you to apply the tanning lotion on. ask them if they'd like to come in later for a special private tanning.

become a spray tanner too so you can spray their bikini areas.

go up to random girls on the street, give them a card for 5 FREE tanning sessions with the "latest in tanning gadgetry" to try it out to see if they like it.

set it up in a strip mall, set up a yoga studio next door too

Interesting.

How long have you owned a tanning salon for?

Which city?

ive never owned them. i've just gone to them. sometimes i try to game the hos, othertimes i make excuses to wait in the lobby because my "favorite tanning booth is occupied" so I can eavesdrop on the hos hoein it up with their inter-ho gossip.

suburbia or small city is probably best.

whats funny to me is that DESPITE many gyms (24/7, Snap, etc) having builtin tanning booths free for customers, hoes still pay to go to the dedicated monthly tanning salons because they believe that the tanning salons have better equipment.

the prices are ridonkulous too...40-50bucks/month in a small suburb??!!! wtf?!! That's even MORE than a gym membership at SNAP or Anytime. that equates to about 6 hours of labor time for the average ho who makes $8/hr as a cashier or phone answerer.

be forewarned though, if you own and work in a tanning salon you will have to grow to accept and love Rhianna and her soundalikes blaring out of the loudspeakers all damn day. unfortunately, dem hos dont really appreciate metallica or the prodigy while they get their tan on.

Be weary, as a lot of States and places are putting through laws to ban Tanning under 18 years of age. This will carve out a big chunk of your market in one swoop.

I co-own a gourmet food truck. I'm not talking a dirty hot dog cart. It's A really beautiful, eye-catching truck.

All the benefits of owning a restaurant, only you can move from place to place.

If you get contracted, you can work at huge concerts and sporting events all over the country.

l can and do reel in new customers by doing street approaches. Getting paid to approach is a pretty damn good motivator. I've been operating since January - couldn't ask for a more fun job.
