I eyeballed it, the last two are not what I look for; I can't stand to be around needy and clingy females. Feminine and sweet are noticeably missing. Also good cooking skills and making sure the man is looked after. Nothing better than a woman waking up early to cook you a nice breakfast.

Number 4 is really not what I miss, especially not the "girl power" type of fake confidence. Good, natural self-esteem stemming from understanding her own value is of course good in a healthy LTR, but that is increasingly rare, especially in America. The article even recommends faking it! WTF, that is exactly the type of fake, undeserved external confidence that so many girls suffer from these days. Humble, sweet girl is much more attractive than a shrew putting up bitch shields to deal with her own insecurities.
What is really missing from the list is sweetness, femininity and kindness. Homemaking skills for serious, live-in relationship. Aside from looks, a LTR prerequisite for me personally.
