American men (some) are finally permitted to sue women for paternity fraud.This made my day. Hopefully it will eventually spread nationwide. Perhaps some sluts will think twice now about lying about there baby's father but then......Maury Povich will be out of a job.

It's telling that previously paternity fraud suits "were not allowed." Why not? Why was fraud under the circumstances of paternity forbidden? Probably because the state wanted to make sure some dude, ANY dude, footed the bill for these kids so that the state didn't have to.
One slight correction. Those chicks on Maury don't lie about who the father of their children are. They let so many dudes run up in the pussy within a short period that they honestly don't know who the father is! Pretty much any guy they finger could conceivably be the dad, and I guess they select who they think is the best of the lot. And there's usually one chump among them that says he'll raise the kid as his own, because he loves her SO MUCH!
