She responded "Ok. Why heels if I may ask? "

I got a bit irritated at her lack of trust, then realized she's probably only ever known stupid men, so was about tease her (A&A) but passed out instead (was exhausted).

Should I go ahead and tell her:

"Yeah, I was planning on a 4-hour hike. That's why I asked you to wear heels"

or just leave it. I can't tell if I should assuage her feelings and pass a shittest or ignore.

Last weekend I text a girl I met in NY asking, "You have any plans for tonight?" She text back, "I'm just hanging out with my friends right now." I'm thinking, "Bitch, that's not what I asked you." Then you can take it any number of ways once her hamster goes crazy and she responds. This is only going to work on high maintenance cunts like in your scenario. This way you make her feel dumb (or ignorant about the venue's dress code) and reinforce your expectations. She will qualify herself or go apeshit (shit-testing) on you. You pass (in person), she spreads her legs.

Gmac is a good way, but MikeCF's is the same thing with less thought involved. I prefer MikeCF's, because it allows the girl to reject you.
