New Car

Buy the Benz, I had the exact same car a few years ago. Those are good.

Nice. Alright, I'm going to look at it tomorrow. I might take a pic of the fender damage and upload it to this thread just in case you're around. Not sure if $400 is accurate for fixing it.

Is it still a must to take it to someone for check up? I have to think that with this low mileage and a mechanic son, that the old man's ride has been taken good care. I will check the bulbs on the dash, but what else do I listen out for on a test drive?

I would have it looked at but if not if all the lights go on and off and it drives perfect you should be fine. It should be perfectly dry underneath

Shameless plug: WWW://CAR-NV.COM if you need a car. PM me and I'll hook it up. (Note: I'm not a salesperson, I don't get commissions). We can ship damn near anywhere, we were shipping to Russia and now China.

New Car

I'm getting rid of my luxury car and thinking of getting a 4 door that is good on gas and reliable. Also want to stay under $6,000. I'm thinking an 02 Accord unless someone recommends something else. I don't want another luxury car because I plan to drive the hell out of this for a year or 2 before I go back to my Lexus baby...

New Car

I mentioned before that I'm looking into getting a new car. I'd want to spend no more than 10k and with that I could get something pretty nice but reading this thread its making me realize id be paying 5x the price of a beater for a car i want just because the look goes well with me.

Do you guys think id be better off to have my first real car be a beater 90s car and just run it into the ground?

What's the true cost of owning a car?

Would I be able to make that 10k work for me more than it would in a sexy ride?

I'd need it to get around town and would want it for road/camping trips.

Ive asked a few girls "audi or BMW" they get a bit excited but I still do just fine driving hoes around in my minivan
