Hmm.

Good question.

My dad was persistant. When she asked him how serious he was, he showed her his chequebook. He was also quite good looking back then. He also had pre approval from many of his female friends speaking well of him to my mom.

My mom played the madonna game. Seriously - slept with like 13 men on the first/second date, and then made my dad wait until they were married. It makes me mad just thinking about it. I honestly wonder if my dad even knows.

I'm curious as to how you know this? lol

It's not like she's OUTRIGHT told me, but since I've gotten married 7 years ago she's slowly let little bits slip out that I never heard before that point. I've inferred what actually went on, she all but admits it.

What Game Did Your Dad Use on Your Mom?

My Grandmother was dating my Mom's Uncle and thought my Dad would like my Mom, so she arranged a meeting. Apparently my Dad had a shitload of girlfriends etc. but was by all accounts pretty nervous to meet my Mom. She was very attractive and had a boyfriend at the time.

The only problem is my Dad got busted for dealing drugs like a week after they met. The thing about my Dad is that he is some sort of weird business genius that has always figured out how to get what he wants. Has made, literally, tens of millions of dollars. It's uncanny. I don't know what game he used on her when they first met but she ended up visiting him every weekend that he was locked up (2 years). My Grandmother came up a few times and my Dad's brother came up once, but my Mom came up every weekend.

I asked once about how he proposed to my Mom and she said, "Well, actually, I was the one who brought it up. He never really proposed to me."

My Mom came from a really strict military family and I can't imagine what the first meeting was like between my Grandfather (mom's side) and my Dad.

I don't know what game he pulled on her but whatever he did worked. I've asked but he downplays it all. They have built shitloads of successful businesses together and are still more in love today than when they met 35 years ago.

My mom was on a payphone in the middle of a breakup with her current boyfriend and got off the phone bawling her eyes out. My dad walked up and said, "Looks like you need a new boyfriend." [Image: biggrin.gif] Game recognized.

His was most definitely bad boy game - the nightmare of every parent with a daughter. He was always brawling and getting into trouble. Kicked out of his parent's house at 13 or 14. Got chased by the cops one night in a stolen car and crashed into a telephone pole. He got out swinging numchuks at the police dogs and ended up getting the shit beat out of him.

After he got my mom pregnant, he banged some teenage chick he was driving home from a party at their house one night and took a statutory rape charge. My mom stayed with him.

Later he went past bad boy to really go off the deep end. Then he ended up doing 10 years in the pen and got out to overdose on heroin after a few years of freedom.

You can't say he didn't hold it wide....

What Game Did Your Dad Use on Your Mom?

My father asked out my mom for dinner, and then he flaked on her to go out with some bros for drinks. The flaking on my mother was not a game move but rather a coincidence.

Since they worked at the same office, my mother reminded him of the dinner about two times until he asked her out again. 4 year LTR, then she gave him the ultimatum for marriage and he fell for it.

They remain together, and while the sex and love are long over, I can say their marriage has been average and more or less stable for both. My mother has been and remains a loyal housewife, and he, while greatly emasculated by now, has been a good father.

The main issue is that the game of my father would never have worked today. My mother would have had 8-12 simultaneous suitors via multiple social media accounts, most of them betas like my father but perhaps a couple alphas, and would never had pursued him so thoroughly.

The great question is and remains: would my mother have ridden the carrousel in the manner a women her age does today?

As a son I rather think not, but as a man I know she would have applied the alpha fucks beta bucks strategy in full mode, hopefully with one beta boyfriend, multiple orbiters and a discreet fling with a single alpha.

To be honest, my dad is the typical Beta provider with a few Alpha traits here and there (he can be really stubborn and sometimes when he wants something he'll make damn sure he gets it).

My mom said she fell for him because he was so super nice, considerate, romantic and a hard worker (again, sounds like a typical Beta provider chump). I'm honestly surprised that his Beta behavior made my mom fall like a rock for him, especially because she had a relationship with a typical Alpha dude before my dad (I know my mom's last ex before she married my dad, I can confirm he's the real Alpha deal).

I'd guess my mom just got tired of the Alpha bad boys and realized that they won't give her what she ultimately wants in life (a man who can provide for her, marriage and kids). I guess that's why she settled with my dad, who could provide her with exactly that. It's still odd though, because my mom was 21 years old when she got into a relationship with my dad, 24 when she married him and 25 when she got her first child (me). Most 21-25 years old girls these days still happily ride the cock carousel and aren't even thinking about settling down. Maybe things where different in the 80's?

Edit: Mind you that my mom was incredibly hot when she was 21 years old. I've seen pictures of her. I'm not ashamed to admit I'd bang the 21 years old version of my mom if she wasn't my mom. So it's not like my mom just settled with my dad because she couldn't get any better. She definitely could have gotten better if she wanted, but she told me she didn't want anything better because to her my dad was the best.

Yes. More women were more realistic back then. In the old days, a woman's slut years were between 16-20, and the husband finding years were between 21-25, and the childbearing years were between 25-35.

If you think about it, this sort of thinking is very sensible since a woman's looks start to decline fast after 25. A woman is cashing out on the best beta she can get by finding a husband at the age of 21-25.

The women who WEREN'T traditional like this probably did not have as many children, or did not have any children at all. It makes sense that most of our mothers had us when they were young - because that's the natural order of things. The women who rebel against nature haven't provided sons to this world.

Hitchhiker game:

My dad was walking home from college and my mom's parents were driving her back to the coast when they saw him walking down the road.

My mom recognized him from a class or somewhere on campus so they stopped and gave him a ride.

Pretending to be open to counterculture, reverting to 50s prejudices after marriage.
Still winces when reminded he used to "like" certain 60s folk bands. Actually, has zero affinity for music in any form.

My Dad used "I can get you out of this one horse town" game. Anti-social good looking guy travelling for a cool job with a bad ass car catches the eye of podunk beauty queen. It is some powerful game.

With my parents, my Dad rolled "girl next door" game. When they met, my Dad was 27 and my Mom was 20. My Dad was visiting his parents for a couple weeks and my Mom lived with her parents two or three doors down. At the time, he had a beautiful, red, 1970 Chevy pickup truck. He was outside washing his truck in the front drive way with no shirt on and chatted up my Mom when her and her sister walked by.

My parents are both from Mexico and they are the quintessential immigrant couple that immigrated to the US. My dad dated my mom on and off in their small village in Zacatecas, Mexico.

My dad was 18 years old when he dated my mom who was also 18. My dad then decided to drop out of college in Mexico and chase his American dream and try his luck in America by crossing the border illegally into the US and arriving in L.A. He had a long distance relationship with my mom through phone calls and letters for 4 years but it wasn't that serious.

In those 4 years my dad was slaying Mexican pussy left and right in L.A blowing off his money on booze and women. My mom said she "waited" for him to return one day, but rumors in the village aroused that she had other boyfriends while my dad was in L.A. Like any new immigrant, my dad wanted to go back to his village and show off his new acquired wealth.

He went back to the small village in Zacatecas at the age of 22, dressed fly as can be with new clothes, a brand new truck and had bishes flocking to him because he came from "el norte" or the U.S. which was a huge DHV during the 80s in Mexico. He was the hot shot of the town, buying drinks for everybody and having fun with his old friends.

When my mom noticed all the attention he was getting from everybody in the village, especially the girls she immediately took notice. She left her then boyfriend as soon as she heard he came back. My dad then flirted with my mom when he saw her and married her the first week he arrived.

My dad had status, charisma, and style and everybody wanted to be around him. He came with a brand new truck which in rural Mexico, its a symbol of success. He had also just gotten a brand new green card through his job. It was too easy for him to swoop my mom, he didn't even have to do much work. He married her and crossed my mom into the U.S. illegally by hiring a coyote. I was born a year later in Chi-Town, Illinois.

I posted about this in another thread but I'll add it here:

Parents met in high school. My dad was one of, if not the only foreign people in a small town. He had some issues at home, was suspended from school, was a year older than my mom, and was dating one of her friends before he ditched her for my mom.

They went to different undergrads. My dad dropped out after a year because it was "too nerdy". With no money and nowhere to go, he moved in with my mom's mom, who was a lawyer and taught classes at a lower tier college. Dad ended up going to this school while stocking shelves at K-Mart. Parents ended up staying together despite the distance between them. My red pill guess is this is because my mom's mom was in love with my dad, and this made my mom want to stay with him even while away at school. Anyway they ended up getting married in their mid 20s, moving across the country, then popping out me. My dad kept on top of his self improvement, worked his ass off, and my parents are still married to this day.

Basically: bad boy game from a broke motherfucker with a green card won over a privileged white girl with plenty of parental money.
If I got this right, your pops dropped out out the nerdy school and ended up living with your grandmother, who was the prof at his new school

your grandmother wanted to bang him, which made your mother like him even more

that makes even the most extreme drama game out there today look like nothing

Dad is a German immigrant. His mom (my grandma) died when he was 14 so he went through adolescence developing a hard no-bullshit attitude that he still has to this day. Came over in his early 20s and tore it up the first few months. Met my mom at a bar and the rest is history.

Mom didn't like my dad at first, they met at a party and he wasn't "her type". Their friends would make jokes that she liked him, but she would get mad and he would just laugh it off. He talked to her, spit some tight game and offered a ride. She liked that he was very smart and went for what he wanted, despite her not being attracted to him at first. He gamed other girls meanwhile, and even invited her to come along to chill (as friends) with her friends and his current girlfriend. She was impressed and became very competive with the other girls that would surround him. He really liked her, so he dropped his harem and dated her exclusively, and the rest is history.

I don't know what kind of game you would call it but the first time my parents met my mother had been stabbed and my father driving past, saw her on the side of the road and took her to hospital.

He got her number and they started dating once she'd recovered.

My dad was a star athlete in college. My mom was engaged to this short jewwy looking dude and he stole her away. Dad was a typical alpha jock frat stud, had a house that was constantly full of parties and women. Then over the course of 33 years mom bitched him up until she was tired of him and she left, now he has 3 girlfriends.

My grandpa had a fun story too. Basically the girls hung out around Folsom Lake in the summer, he walked around the lake with his shirt off and just picked the one he liked and she stayed with him his whole life. He never understood my difficulties with women, he just thought it was a matter of picking one.

The way I understand it, my dad played the mysterious stranger card. He was present at social gatherings but sat back, witnessed and didn't say much. When my uncle got a little too crazy one night and upset my mom, that's when dad took control and knocked my uncle right the fuck out and escorted my mom back to her place. Mom was blubbering and that's when dad put his arm around her and stated "nobody hurts my girl!". The rest is history.

Lessons to be learned....He AMOGed the fuck out of everyone and assumed the sale on my mom.

When I asked dad why he got with mom he shrugged and said "she had big tits".
