Indeed. The guy got paid by Nike to make a video. He used that money to do a round the world trip in 10 days and made a very cool video that will go viral and be a great success. It'll lead to other jobs and more money. Success!

I think the trip was probably very exhausting for him and the amount of fun had was probably pretty low but that wasn't the point of it. He didn't go to have fun and bang girls. He was paid from Nike to make a video that would inspire people. He's done pretty well IMO, maybe he even banged a girl on two on route. Telling someone you're making a video for Nike has got to give you some credibility.

I'm not hating on the guy, i was responding to the message of JR who said this :

"How much do you think that whole thing cost? $50k? Give me $50k and 10 days I probably wouldn't go to more than one place, but I'd work that one place for everything it had to offer".

To clarify my answer to JR, i'm saying that you can have a lot more fun with 50k if you have more time to travel like i did.
BTW, its impossible to have more fun in 10 days traveling in a hurry and only shooting videos and me in 2.8 years of traveling mayhem.

Those people who think that this guy just "took" Nike's money and went on a rogue trip around the world and invited one of his friends along with him are very naive.
What if Nike wouldn't like his video and slammed a big lawsuit on him for spending their promotion budget on a trip.

This is obviously set up, and seeing all the perfect shots and locations it probably took longer than 10 days, At least half of that he must have spent on airports and inside airplanes. Than theres all the domestic transport to all the locations he filmed. No way is this 10 days.

Its a cool idea and a nice video but its a just a marketing scam for the masses gone viral because the Nike webmasters plugged it everywhere.
