On a biological level, it makes no sense for a woman to be generous with a man, as women are hard-wired to acquire resources from men and from the group. That being said, in an era when women can and do earn their own money, a girl that never shares in expenses is a huge red flag for a LTR. One of my very best LTR's was with a girl who was generous all the time. Making me food, taking me out to the movies, buying me medecine. That sweetness can really win over a man. Sadly, we had disagreements over other issues, but that doesn't take away from the fact that a generous girl is really an attractive woman in that regard.

I date an EE girl that was really into buying me stuff. I would tell her to cut it out and pay down her thousands in credit card debt instead. However, she kept buying me shit.

I still have a lot of what she gave me. Blankets, cooking stuff, organizing stuff. Spent some quality time with a girl this weekend in the blanket that girl got me.

But she was crazy and manipulative.

Buying stuff you can't afford compulsively is a lack of maturity at best, and a serious character flaw at worse. A girl that knows how to manage her money and not be a miser is the best of both worlds. Serious LTR points for that quality in a woman.

My last girlfriend consistently told me that she was "cheap". And since she was "cheap", I had to pay every time we went out.

It is true that I did not spend that much money with her, very little actually, but the fact that she was ALWAYS reminding me to pay, was one of the first red flags that led me to dump her some months after.

Asian guys are big on doing this. Apparently it makes them "feel like a man" to pay for everything on dates and buy girls gifts all the time.
I guess it's due to the Chinese culture which is all about wealth, so by paying for everything the guy is displaying his wealth which is attractive in Chinese culture.

Little do these guys realise how many of these bitches are sitting down to expensive dinners with them and yet all the while texting me telling me how beta the guy is and how she can't wait to come over and be pounded by me later.

I had to stop dating Puerto Rican girls all together because they are so entitled and cheap. They always want to go to places too expensive for them to go to if it's their dime.
