I think its also interesting when you compare Heffner to someone like Tiger Woods, Donald Trump or Paul McCartney.

Woods followed societies expectations and married young. Had children and presented himself as the family man. He ended up banging out hookers and groupies when his frigid wife stopped blowing him. He was publicly crucified, he lost his kids and was taken to the cleaners in the courts. Mentally he is not the player he used to be and this crap has taken from us one of the games, if not sports, most talented people.

McCartney did not even need to bang hookers to get raped in court. Poor guy wanted someone to cuddle with, it cost him big time.

Now while those are celebrities, it would be the same story of tons of men who were taken to the cleaners by a frigid wife. The cost to them financially is severe, but the mental toll it takes on them equally so. I have seen enough men going through divorce to know its tough, especially if the guys have kids. Women go into this shit treating it like a transaction, men go into it thinking its anything but that.

Compare that to Heffner. The guy is an unashamed hedonist. He has been banging out mens magazine models for the last 50 years. All on his terms. He treated it like a transaction and makes no bones about it. They are paid to fuck and look good, after which he throws them away when he gets bored. He has never lost half his shit, still has kids (who work with him) and while women publicly have a distaste for him he has never been broken like Woods has. He does what Woods wanted to do too.

Charlie Sheen took a lot of abuse here (another multi millionaire, world famous pornstar/model banging "beta") for taking a similar approach. He coined the phrase "I pay them to leave" because he did not want the drama. Again, women see him as a pig, but he ended up as the highest paid TV actor off a show loosely based on his character, one that people loved. The dude felt nothing for admitting it was a paid harem.

I guess the point I am making is that when you look at cold hard numbers only, unashamed hedonism is not only cheaper, it comes with very little social shaming.

I think people judge Hef and Charlie Sheen a lot more lightly than Tiger Woods because the former two never tried to hide who they are, they're upfront and honest about it. Meanwhile Tiger Woods played happy family to the public and the media, and when everyone found out it was a lie they slaughtered him for it because it destroyed the perceptions that they held of him.

JFK is another example, it was an open secret that he was a womanizer, and whether or not he had been assassinated people still would not have judged him as harshly as they did Bill Clinton for letting Monica Lewinsky suck his dick, even though JFK was fucking around on his wife far far more than Clinton ever did.

LOVE this thread!

I've been trying to recreate Hefner's lifestyle, and surprisingly, it's not as expensive as you would think.

I'm currently studying a book by a former Playmate that exposes the insides of Playboy. I wrote about it on my blog, here:

How Hugh Hefner Dates Playmates

This video encapsulates the Hefner lifestyle.

I just posted about my process in trying to recreate it here:

haha I would take Gate's money and purchase Playboy.

Right.

But think about who had a better "lifestyle" during their life.

It depends on what 'better' constitutes as. Maybe Bill Gates gets a hard on over developing software and applications.

Some guys are just not cut out to be fcuking lots of lizards. Even if they had them handed to them i.e paid off and presented, these guys would end up wifeying up the first lizard no matter how much coaching they were given to try and slay a few 100 before considering settling down.

For some people, their goal is to be fcuking more lizards than the next man to consider they've had a great day.
This is why 3 million a year wouldn't be enough for them. They would want more even though their base needs would be covered.

I never understood why people wanted a big mansion other than to impress others. How many rooms can you live in at one time? If there is a such a need to impress others, are they truly worthy to be impressed and then to quote G, is that actually beta?

Cos a true alpha doesn't give a fcuk about what others think. Beyond functional purposes, why does a person living in this hemisphere need 3 million a year for personal expenses unless they are snorting, shooting and tweaking?

There is nothing quite like fcuking an exotic on her own turf, though.

Think of a crappy mattress (although clean) with a ratty fan rattling overhead, a window overlooking the horse hitched in the backyard and a mere pipe representing the shower with a bucket there if you want to collect water to throw over your head.

Think of a basic meal afterwards prepared by the hapless reptile where you have to gulp down ACV afterwards to increase your stomach acidity to prevent the runs.

When I'm older, I'll be weary of that shyt but while I've still got power in my legs and my arms, I cherish that shyt.

It's the stuff autobiographies are made of.

A lot of them wife up because they don't know anything about women. I honestly believe just about any man, who is not good with women, secretly would like to be.

Money will present more options but doesn't mean you can capitalize on them.

Living a luxurious lifestyle doesn't mean you are trying to impress anyone. It just means you enjoy being lavished with style and comfort.

Why get a 2 bedroom condo if you got millions in the bank (I am assuming money already invested)?

So your line of thinking:

I am worth 20 million and I should get a 2 bedroom condo.
I am netting 3 million a year from investments but I should fly coach.
I just pulled off a major job from a known casino netting 100 mill and I should live in a 3 star hotel.

Why is it that guys, who post that they have little coin, try to make it out that those who live well are only doing so to impress others?

World traveller, you took my statements way out of context. Why does one need a mansion? I said nothing about a 2 bedroom condo.

I spoke of a mansion which has 18 rooms and all sorts of bullshyt. There are accomodations far below a mansion that will provide adequate comfort. What does a single man want beyond a two bedroom condo if it is just him? What will he do with the other rooms on his lonesome? I am speaking from the angle of a single male. What does he need with all those rooms?

How about three private jets? According to you, it is justified if you have the money, right? It's just senseless greed, it makes no practical sense from a singular perspective. I can see the need for two private jets (in case one breaks down or needs servicing) but three?

Regarding the women, you have a point but you sometimes see guys in countries or situations where puzzy has always rained from the sky and yet they hardly slay at the levels that you would imagine. I don't think every man has the capacity for carnality as others.

For instance, right now, I am juggling two insatiable lizards that I picked up during Toronto boon period and just thinking about picking up a third one is actually making me feel sick.
Some of the guys in here can easily juggle four or five nymphos per week with still enough residual nutt to crank off a wank upon dawn each day.
In reference to myself, it merely means my capacity for sex is not as great as others. Since I can appreciate that it exists in me in this sense then it can definitely exist in some of these forementioned males and that banging a few tails (three in total including wifey with a three month rotation on the mistresses for new broads) would suffice for them.

No, you spoke of a mansion. Mansions comes in all shapes and sizes. You did not specify a 18 room mansion for a single man.

You are assuming the man won't have live in girlfriends, friends visiting, throwing large parties and so on...

You want the guy to buy a 5 bedroom house? What else should he do with his money? Stuff it under the mattresses?

Greed because someone wants to purchase private jets? Shit man, you want a car, why not take the friggin bus you greedy bastard. [Image: wink.gif]

Why do you think one person is only using the jets and not others working for the same company?

When you are talking about the type of coin some of these guys have it isn't about being practical. Besides, I bet I could go into your place and find many things you bought that are not practical.

Nothing wrong with that. We all want different things which is my whole point. If a guy wants to spend his the way he wants then I don't see it as being greedy. He made his coin so why not spend it on stuff that makes him happy.

Now you are just nitpicking and you know it. By your explanation, it seems that there is no such thing is a greed.

You cant judge someone like Heff, for good or for bad, by today's standards.

You cant say "live like Heff, be the man" because we live in a world where doing what he did is almost impossible now. At the same time we cant call him a beta because the world he comes from is so much different then the world we live in now. He's adapted, just like we all have.

Also, he might be paying the girls he gets, but remember they're in HIS magazine and at the end of the day they're making him more money then he's paying. Last I checked we call that pimpin.

Pitt,

First of all, I have always enjoyed your posts so don't take this the wrong way. But, I don't understand why you don't give more credit to Hugh Heffner???

This whole forum is about creating a life full of freedom, money, women, and passion.

Hugh makes 300k a month for barely working.
He is worth almost 50 million all together.
He is pretty much free to go anywhere and do anything that he wants.
He lives with and bangs multiple young models.

It sounds like he has accomplished everything that the guys on this forum are trying to do.

Is your lifestyle better then that???

Quote: (03-04-2012 04:53 PM)pitt Wrote:

This guy is limited to a local/national lifestyle

Limited how? He makes 300 thousand dollars a month mostly residual. If he wanted to travel, obviously, he could. His company and brand is international. He bangs girls from all over the world.

I don't see many limitations. His only limit is time, which he is running out of...

Quote: (03-04-2012 04:53 PM)pitt Wrote:

we probably get to change more women than he does. This guy stays with the same women for months

We get more women then he does? I know we have some big players on this forum but I don't think we have anyone with a harem of 7-8 girls that he changes regularly.

He has banged hundreds if not thousands of playmates and models.

Who on the forum does better then that?

Hugh aint got shit on us.

I love your attitude but seriously, I think Hugh probably has a better lifestyle then most of us here.

If you think your lifestyle is better then his, please describe your lifestyle so I can compare..

Here is text from the article that Speakeasy posted:

It was written by a playmate who lived in the mansion..

-Women who live in the house must show up for Wednesday and Friday sex night. They are given rare exemptions in the case of major surgery (like a nose job), but if it’s that time of the month or they’re sick, they’re still expected to come. Even Hefner’s secretary has to participate.

-Hefner invites women into his lair. The night the source was there, 12 women were in the room. Each must bathe and wear identical pink pajamas. If they don’t want to have sex with the 78 year-old perv, they can leave their pajama bottoms on.

-On the night the source was there, Heff got a hummer from his current girlfriend to start the action. 10 of the 12 girls then took turns having sex with him, taking about two minutes each while the other participants cheered him on. He took Viagra to perform and did not wear a condom.

-Women paired up for simulated lesbian sex for Heff’s benefit, but according to the source most of them weren’t into it and didn’t even like each other.

-The session ended with him having anal sex with the girlfriend, who wiped off his penis beforehand, as if that did something to prevent STDs.

80 YEARS OLD AND BANGING PLAYMATES 10 AT A TIME!!!

I took out the gay porn thing because that is a whole separate conversation.

hehe i get you giovonny.

Well if we were to compare my lifestyle and his lifestyle, then it is obvious that most of people would choose his lifestyle, however im happy with my lifestyle, till one year ago, i had many young people telling me they wish they had my lifestyle (not boasting here).

I think it all comes down to choices in life. I didnt say that i dont admire his lifestyle because i do and i think he lives a great lifestyle but his lifestyle wouldnt suit me in certain ways (his money is an exception). I particularly dont find the women he dates all that attractive (i dont like model types, that explains it), you said he bangs girls from all over the world, i never heard that he was banging brazillian women, ethiopian women or many other nationalities, then again, i could be wrong here because i dont follow a lot of his shows. Note that if he wanted to travel is one thing, being travelling is another, many of us on here travel more for leisure than many rich people in the world.

Also, i dont know how much travelling you have done, but the more travelling you do and the more women you bang abroad, the less you envy the life of other people. I particularly dont envy anybody, im truly happy with my life and thats why im going to go hard on my travelling again, but dont get me wrong, i agree with you on one thing, the guy has a dope lifestyle.

Thanks Pitt,

It sounds like you are happy with your lifestyle. Which is all that matters!

I'm happy with mine too but I wouldn't mind those orgies with 10 playmates when I'm 80.

If Hugh Heffner joined this forum half the guys would call him "beta" and he would probably die before he got over 10 rep points!

Yep...this is only one of the things of note Hef did early on. He was also a true First Amendment warrior. Feminists have always tried to paint him as sexist/mysogynist, yet chicks that know him have nothing bad to say about him, even if he's not fucking them anymore. They're always welcome back to the mansion, and they're always considered part of the PB family. They owe whatever careers they have to him. Hell, the ex-wife Christie Conrad still lives next door in a house he owns on the grounds of the Mansion. The bitch never really left, and his teen sons are always around. Hef is actually an odd combination of Alpha and Beta. He goes back and forth, and even simultaneously. He's the first to tell you that he's a romantic. He's done the marriage and kids thing twice, almost a third time. He's done the big engagement rings and lavished gifts on these bubbleheads. He's gone the LTR route, then changed them out when they started wanting more than that. He's done the LTR/multiple girlfriends simultaneously thing, then bounced some of them. But dude loves being in love. Yet he draws a line at some point. If anyone hasn't seen it, check out "Hugh Hefner: Playboy, Activist and Rebel." He's put in his work. It's easy to see him as a pitiful old guy now, but I think he's got it right. When he recently almost got married again, I was relieved he didn't go through with it. There's no upside to him marrying again. He recently reacquired his company. He shouldn't be breaking off any more ex's other than Cooper and Marston's mom. Anything he has should be going to his 4 children. That's it.

I get what you mean, I meant more along the lines of the basics of what he did. I mean imagine trying to pitch the idea for a print magazine nowadays, you'd get laughed off by ever investor. Even if you adapated the idea to modern times, not even considering Playboy's own site (and affiliate sites) there's hundreds, if not thousands, of other websites doing what playboy did.

Im curious, you think his more relaxed passive attitude actually helped him do what he did? I could imagine it being very difficult to "kick down the door" if you were brazen headstrong and loud about it.

In recent years, the brand took a hit. The company struggled. At one time, they thrived on just selling magazines, running clubs, and licensing the logo. As times changed (feminism, more men's mags), they started to struggle. There was some backlash against the "lifestyle." I graduated high school in '81. My prom was at the Playboy Club in NYC, on 59th Street just off 5th Avenue (the Plaza Hotel was on the other side of 5th Ave.). The clubs started closing, circulation dwindled. They weren't quite sure how to use the internet, other than for selling merchandise, etc. like many other print mags. Hugh lost control of his own company for the most part. They closed the New York offices, and his daughter, Christie, stepped down from day-to-day operations. They really bounced back in recent years though - the Playboy Clubs are making a comeback, starting with the partnership with the Palms in Vegas. Things seem to be swinging back towards the lifestyle again. With the proliferation of hardcore porn mags and internet content (which hurt Playboy, because it's pretty tame by any standard. I've never considered it a porn mag per se because it isn't explicit), Playboy and the associated lifestyle is actually tame by comparison. Things run in cycles. When Hugh first conceived it, it was a man's world. Men gathering to drink, smoke and fuck was normal. Women were there to serve. Then with feminism and the backlash against women being "objectified" caused a swing in the other direction. Now with both men and women becoming largely numb to explicit sexuality (though not totally accepting of it), men gathering to smoke, drink and fuck isn't the least bit disturbing, as women want to also congregate in those places to avail themselves of those men's resources.

Living a luxurious lifestyle doesn't mean you are trying to impress anyone. It just means you enjoy be lavished with style and comfort.

What happens is when you increase your lifestyle expenses, extravagance becomes average. I've been to the point where 5-star hotel, first class flights were no different than a motel and coach except for not smelling like shit. Either you realize whats going on and manage it appropriately or you keep ratcheting up your lifestyle until everything implodes (as repeatedly happens with multimillionaire actors/movie stars/athletes/musicians/producers who have tons of money and keep borrowing even more.)

Your not necessarily going crazy to get everyone's attention or to validate yourself but rather because everything else bores you. In some respects, this is what happens with game too.

Living like Hugh Heffner

Very interesting article in today's NYT that attracts attention by talking about "a German Hugh Hefner". First time I've heard of him:

The aging lothario has let it be known that his last will and testament stipulates that should he die while having sex, the woman involved would receive more than $330,000. He once pressed age-discrimination charges against a 19-year-old woman who refused to have sex with him when he was 77 years old.
