Yeah, he's on the Roosh Forum, so I'm inclined to view him as on "my side."
But, yeah, in general, guys like him are society's problem.
He popped off. Then he got his ass kicked. Now he wants guys to go to jail
I'm the nicest guy you'll ever meet in the bar. I bump into you, I apologize. I run game on your girl? Oh, my bad.
Now if you wanna make it a problem...
Otherwise, though, I'm just a cool fucking guy willing to apologize and make peace.
Hopefully the OP has learned a lesson.
This is how true Veteran G's act.
I will walk away in almost every circumstance.
I am probably the most level headed, friendly cat you will see in any bar I am in.
My Latvia fight stories where situations were I was attacked. I had no choice in each instance but to protect myself. Hell, in the one I was "Karate Chopped" from behind, I didn't even escalate it.
I am not going to let some dork spilling a drink on me or stepping on my loafers ruin my night.
After all, when I step out into the night, my goal isn't to fight.
My goal involves a female (or more) and a shared alarm clock.
Yeah. I once accidentally spilled a drink on a guy's shirt at a high end party in SF. I apologized, and threw him some cash for a drink and the dry cleaning bill (was a nice shirt). He was so appreciative that we exchanged contact info and he became a good social acquaintance in that city. I even swooped a girl at an event he invited me to following that incident. True story. It pays to be classy.

You are a clown for trying to make fun of the guy, I would have socked you in the face for it. They are pussies for jumping you, only punks do that shit. You are equally a pussy for wanting to sue them and press charges, that shit is for chumps. Handle your business, cops are for women and children.

Happened in NYC in the Lower East Side. The bouncers broke it up, the cops were already outside. My friend said that he subdued 1 of the guys, but that still left 3 others vs me. The bouncers broke it up within 10 seconds
You can definitely find some knuckleheads in LES. That's a convenient party spot for a lot of Brooklyn guys, too.

Don't bump your gums if you don't expect to box travolta. That's a bitch move to talk shit and try to press charges when you end up getting slapped around. Didn't we have a thread like that with those anorexic European fags?

Last night I approached two girls who were in the vicinity of another guy. Long story short, he eventually put his hand on my shoulder, and when I removed it he pushed me. Luckily, I'm a regular at the bar, and my buddy who works there saw the whole thing go down.
They were ejected from the bar. Of course, the girl tried to tell them that I was touching her.
It's tricky, because sometimes you have to intrude on other people's space to open, but you need to strike a balance at places; get to be friends with the staff, establish a rep, and then you can take more chances.
But, even then, be careful. If you want to be a reg, don't get known as the guy who starts trouble. Bars only care about $, not your pussy wars.

I think the OP had it coming to him, though maybe a bit more than needed.
However the only real advice that is applicable when some asks for legal aid on a forum is: LAWYER, NOW.

Two more things..When you go to a bar or club think of it as playing a video game. Let's use old school Galaga. Everyone wants to kick your ass just like those flying space creatures in the game. They don't just sit there and let you shoot them. They come and drop space missiles at you.
The other thing..I size other people up by scanning the bar and looking at their wrists. You can tell who's going to give you a problem by watching who has strong wrists. The dudes with dainty wrists are going to fall apart when you punk them no matter how big or tough they look.

elmech: I have real wiry wrists, but if push comes to shove I'll be using my elbows muay thai style so don't invest 100% into the wrist-size theory.
