Even worse, midget girls want normal sized guys. I was friends with midget actress who is this cute little blond and she was always denying other midget guys.

I feel really bad for those people in general....

I believe any height under 4'9 is considered a midget. I have a family friend whose 4'9 and had near DD's. She had to get breast augmentation surgery.

Meanwhile it's almost every day I hear about stories where perfectly able bodied, healthy men are in the depths of despair because their lame girlfriend/wife dumped/cheated on them. Hell, there are plenty of men who have killed themselves because of rejection.

Dwarfism is commonly defined in the USA as anything under 4'10".

This definition is problematic since it assumes western height standards. Go to a place like the Philippines (where the actual average height for a woman is 4'11") and that height would be unremarkable. This is the case in many parts of Asia, Latin America and even Africa, where average heights are several inches lower than they are in the west.

Speaking of porn, here's an example of a Thai female "dwarf" pornstar (she claims to be only 4'5"-actual height is closer to 4'7" I believe). Not safe for work:

Yeah, I'd say his only hope is to find some girl with a weird fetish or who's willing to do it "for the story." Unfortunately that kind of behavior is much less common among women than men, but it's probably not impossible.
