The "Kavanaugh against abortion" thing will work on some women, convincing them to vote Democrat for the Midterms. However, the pipe bomb story will not. The reason is based on female nature - women don't care about strangers that suffer: i.e. remember the teenage girl that took selfies of herself, smiling in front of Auschwitz? That story highlighted the solipsistic nature of women.
In short, women are generally unable to muster empathy for individuals outside of their own circle. So the fact that some politicians are receiving pipe bombs (allegedly) will be unable to overturn their obsession with Instagram, Tinder, and the sweaty balls of Chad Thundercock.
