Amazon is unable to ship Tucker Carlson's new book, which criticizes Jeff Bezos

The book has a caricature of Bezos on the cover. The title refers to him as one of the "fools".
So how did sensitive Jeff respond? Tucker explains:
I don't believe in coincidences. After banning a popular book, it's easy to "delay" another.
What's surprising is that Carlson has a mainstream publisher. This means that Amazon has now been converged to the point that they will sacrifice money for their "ideals".
When I get a new supply of paperback books for Game, I will sell it direct instead of relying on any online bookstore. I can no longer trust any business to actually do business.
