This strong woman passed out because she was over-stressed by your patriarchal attitude (you made her wait in the lobby, like she's a sub-servant or some, no doubt you'd have interviewed a man right away in your office), and shocked at discovering the sexist salary you were proposing her (no doubt you'd have offered twice as much to a male applicant).

In 35 years, this woman will remember her ordeal at your hands, and, though unclear on the exact location, tell the media. She'll probably add that, she passed out "because you had your patriarchal hand over her mouth", and "she even thought you'd smother her by mistake" Plus, the ominous, threatening and phallic way, your boat is pointing at her, added to her suffering.
