Right now, they depend entirely on the globohomo corporate government structure to support them. Sort of like a bratty kid making faces and teasing while standing behind their big brother who keeps them safe no matter what.

All it takes is one large disaster of the types that are common throughout history (economic collapse, plague, famine, etc), and the big brother is instantly gone. What happens then?

Women will be totally dependent on men again, and like most of history, largely at their mercy. Except now most men know the awful truth about female nature, and the social norms that protected women before have been obliterated by the women themselves.
