Grow Taller: Spinal Decompression + Stretching + Growth Hormone Intake

This insecurity of mine has prevented me from talking to most others about this, but one of the first things to go in lifting is the disc space in the back after years of heavy power lifts like squatting and deadlifting. My height was damaged from an injury after powerlifting where my spine was tangled and stress-fractured near L5. I lost two inches on my height when I was 19. I also have clicking hip syndrome, which is the result of 1000s of lbs of pressure put on the hip joints from squatting for so many years.

One of the first things that women look at is your height when they size you up. I've been doing a lot of research and experimenting trying to remedy this issue as I would never want to undergo spinal surgery or have any kind of injection in my back. So after seeing multiple chiropractors and physical therapists, massage therapists etc, I've deduced that it takes a multiple of factors, including nutrition remedy, to correct in the case of injury, and if not, for those of you who want to gain a few inches to help your odds out with the ladies.

I've read the first two, and have been applying the exercises and breathing posture corrections and have already noticed a big change. My back cracks hundreds of times a day, and neck as well unfortunately, but supposedly all the cracks are just gas escaping from in between the spinal joints.

The third book talks about shin bone lengthening through exercise, haven't gotten through it yet.

If any of you have any expertise on this matter, I would appreciate any input.

Next I realize that after puberty the main reason why growing taller is prevented has to do with the fusing of the epiphyseal growth plates in the femur and tibia. So there are four areas that are mainly affected by the stretching of growing taller, the cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine, the hip joints, the neck, and the long bones of your legs.

There are no ways that I know of stimulating the growth of long bones after puberty other than surgery, which is not what I'm going to advocate on this thread. There is also an experimental method which I haven't tried because it would cost a lot, where you place wraps around your knees tethered to a mesh stimulated with an ultrasound frequency that is supposed to reverberate with the growth plates.

In addition, the books suggest you take in all your vitamins and nutrients, which we know of, and also the third book suggest an HGH cocktail, which is comprised of three ingredients, raw, washed, and blended up to make a drink: tomatoes, red cabbage, and fava (broad beans). This tastes pretty good actually, although it looks like the blob creamed his pants in your blender. Here is the quote from another article describing the drink with more scientific percentages:

Broad beans contain L-Dopa, an amino acid that has been used for years in the treatment of Parkinson Disease. L-dopa increases levels of dopamine in the brain and causes the secretion of growth hormone from the anterior pituitary gland. In 1970, Boyd and colleagues found that a 500mg oral dose “caused a significant rise in plasma growth hormone in PD patients, Initially starting therapy or on chronic L-dopa therapy for as long as 11 months. The rise in plasma growth hormone persisted for 120 minutes after the administration of the drug.” (4). Boden and his co-workers gave 500mg of the drug orally to four male and five female volunteers. “HGH levels rose sharply at 45 minutes from the basal value of 0.8mg/nil, to a maximum of 10.0mg/nil at 90 minutes (p<0.001) and declined thereafter. This rise occurred in eight of the nine subjects.” (5). Hayek and Crawford reported that six out of seven “constitutionally short children” responded to oral L-dopa (200-500mg), “…with elevations in HGH concentration above 7mg! ml, peak levels occurring between 30 and 120 minutes after drug administration.. “. (3). There have been many other study’s which also back up these results.
Cabbage contains L-Glutamine. This is the most abundant amino acid in the body. L-glutamine Is a readily available popular sport supplement. L-glutamines HGH level increasing ability’s may be a result of is its ability to boost protein manufacturing. A 1995 study by Tomas C. Welbourne of Louisiana State University College of Medicine in Shreveport. Welbourne showed that about 2 grams of glutamine raised HGH levels more than four times than when the subjects were given a placebo. Another study showed a 5g dose of the mixture L-lycine, L-glutamine and Niacin to increase serum HGH levels 70% (2).
Well, now you know what and why we should choose those ingredients. Then now let’s make it :
1. 3 Tomatoes –
2. 250 grams broad beans
3. 250 grams cabbage
Place those ingredients into blender and blend until liquid (add water to adjust consistency).
For daily consumption , you can make triple then put in your fridge . Drink them as your height program suggests."

Since I started this program on and off over the past three months I gained one inch in height, and I'm 24 years old. I plan to take it more seriously for the next year or so and see how far I can go with it.

There is more to come as I unravel this as truth or bullshit, but there is a lot of validity to it other than a modicum of scientific evidence presented on the contrary.
