"We" is good. The top 5%, the rest will have a miserable existence or be battling it out with the low-IQ diversity.
It's even possible that they will close off certain parts of town or just police it like crazy with combat-drones and militarized cops. Similar to NYC or London - living in certain areas will be wonderful and swell while a few blocks away you get mugged by a moped gang or get acid thrown in your face because an enricher wants your Iphone.
As for the winners - the urban hypernomads - yeah - I guess that is the future for them and Attali wrote his books mostly for them, so you can certainly make it there.
