Aside from no easily discernible fatties, no woman is wearing a bikini, much less a thong or going topless. Even the men are relatively conservatively dressed, even though they are not fat.

Also while the women are lean, only 1 (last pic) is toned. Obviously because gym culture had not really taken off at that time, and toned bodies on women probably came through body weight exercises or working at home (dusting, cooking, etc)
