Okay with all the digestion of fellow Rooshians (please let me know if you hate this term), I have applied my theories with vengeance.

Moma, you gotta use what you got to your advantage....

Since you're in T-dot you gotta be innovative, find the pond where everything's stacked in your favor. Class is fairly stacked towards me, which is why I'm mostly focusing on that. There are not many dudes competing in class and the lizards don't have loser guys chasing them. Guys in my class are leaving the hot girls alone(other than one or two dudes, and there are enough for all of us). Which is why all i have to do is sit down next to them and chat.

Find your pool where this happens. You're a massive guy who most guys won't try to fuck with. You'd do great as a bouncer as a part time job. The amount of respect and social status would help you out. Guys would be respectful to you and lizards would immediately go into heat.
