Have had Vietnamese and Thai here in the states -- but they were fresh off the boat (barely spoke English). Have gone at least two dozen times and can't say I ever had a great massage (they don't have powerful hands). No. It is a skill which takes a lot of patience to become good in.
I'd like also to add that from my experience guys tend to give better massages than girls (I assume you're talking about regular massage, not cock massage).

I had lots of massages in vietnam,cambodia and thailand. If i want a decent massage ill ask a 40year lady. They aren't hot but are very experienced,don't get tired and have strong hands.
