Hey guys,

for those of you with an online business, what website hosting service do you use? We are designing our own website but we need a good server to host it. Not too sure I'm using the tech terms correctly - i'm not too website savvy. Looking for cheap but quality.

Hostgator is ok, Dreamhost also. Bluehost I don't know

In the past, these type of hosting giants were overloading their servers and so websites were easily becoming too slow.

However it seems that these days, their servers' performance competes just fine with the hosts that claim to be more professional (and hence charge more and usually restrict bandwidth and storage space).

Confirmed. Do not host there (buying domains with them is fine but not hosting).
