1-never respond if police come to the door.
2-never open the door to the police.
3-never let the police enter your residence unless they have a search or arrest warrant signed by a judge and provide you your copy.
At this point he waived his most important constitutional protections by consenting to a partial search.
4-never answer police questions. He had a right to remain silent but waived that too. He also waived his right to have an attorney present during interrogation. Then he showed the police the blood all over the place and, lest we forget, the cocaine.

That’s crazy the bit about “rape”, man. Although I think the out of control binge drinking hurts both men and women pretty badly. For women, they can’t remember if they consented, much less give consent at that point. For men, they could have consensual sex but the man can’t remember it then the girl accuses him of rape… He has no memory and no defense for that matter. Hypothetically speaking, it wouldn’t matter if the woman was blackout too, the man, according to modern feminist jurisprudence is always the perp.
Recording sounds like a good idea but keep in mind the law, which I will get to in a second. Also, maybe keeping a dated private journal (much like an approach log, or bang log) that gives details of every sexual encounter, as well as the prelude, like for example how many drinks she had, whether she was vocally receptive to having sex that night prior to the event, consent and so on. Maybe even the next morning whaat was said. I think a journal is probably a good idea, much less recording, keeping in mind that laws on recording vary from state to state or country to country, and some places, one party consent recording/video (I think that’s what it’s called) is allowed, but in others, both parties have to consent or criminally you will be held accountable.

Mostly true. Except the bolded part is not always the case. Wasted sex can be amazingly free and filthy but would not advise it with women you are unfamiliar with.
