Spanish America June - August - semibaron - 01-04-2019

I realised that many places in the Spanish speaking Latin America have the best weather from October - April.

So, which bigger cities are good during the months of June - August?

Here are some of my thoughts:
- Lima, Peru, too cloudy
- Argentina too cold (winter)
- Dominican Republic too humid / hot
- Mexico too hot (minus Mexico City)

I see, Colombia has its dry months during that time frame. Any other good option?
