Advice on cold approach - Snag87 - 12-23-2018

31 years old, fit, attractive black male. I haven't cold approached women since I was 19 and am obviously extremely rusty. I make my living in casinos and am planning to start off there. I'm naturally non-talkative and introverted but I believe I have the ability to be engaging and charismatic.

I'm looking for general advice on opening and closing the deal (getting the number). An interesting dynamic is I usually have luxury suites in aforementioned casinos so if a gal is willing we're a stones throw away from a suitable location.

Assuming you want to do daytime approaches, I'd say read Daybang by Roosh, do the Roosh program (100 approaches) and start a journal here so you can get feedback on your approaches. Then once you've gotten good at indirect approaches and gotten over your AA, start experimenting with direct approaches (Tom Torero has a lot of high-quality, free material).

Just a word on being introverted and non-talkative: I’m like you and I don’t find it a problem at all. I don’t try to be an extrovert, I have my own introvert style, I ask questions, I make her talk, I have a few ready-made funny anecdotes, I play the mysterious guy, and it works well.

Another thing I’ve found is that it’s always better to close the deal immediately rather than take the number for later, so if you have a luxury suite close by it’s a great asset. Ideally you chat a little, go get a drink, and directly to bed.

+1. Close the deal immediately if logistics allow it. Getting a girl's number/instagram can lead to no reply or flakiness later on.

C'mon Hank. I've not been here as long as either of you, but even in the year I've been here I've watched the game forum's noticeable decline. It's the same tired debates on every thread (looks v. game, money v. game, anglo women suck, etc).

Without knowing what's going on between you two, I'd ask you this: is the community more important? Or the beef? Because this is juvenile and takes away from the caliber of the forum.

As someone that enjoys reading your posts and has agreed with a lot of what you've previously written, I hope you'll choose the former regardless of how you feel about this.

This shit is out of control. You are fantasizing about things that haven't happened.

PT hasn't been on any RVF chatroom, Facebook group message, iPhone green check mark group chat, or Sonos speaker fan forum gossiping about you, doxxing you, nor coming even close to posting, much less crying about "every game post" on this forum (hell, that claim would be ridiculous for almost ANY poster considering the sheer volume of game posts).

For YOU to challenge someone else to post some original content is laughable considering how much of your posts are just regurgitating someone else's concepts or re-writing your own. You got called out on it so hard that you scaled back your posting as a result.

Hank the reason you got doxxed is because you wouldn't stop humble bragging on the forum. So some rando lurker found your shit because news flash there's still rabid feminists and SJWs still hawking this place. Learn some basic OPSec and stop bitching about what was clearly at the end of the day your fault.
