I drop off to sleep fine but in the morning I’m woken up by my tongue trembling in my mouth. It’s like it has a twitch.

It’s getting pretty annoying now as it is the thing that wakes me up, not me waking up naturally.

I’ve looked it up online and it says it’s likely to do with stress but I’m not that stressed at the moment. I have been for the last 3 months but that issue has gone now.

Have any of you had this? If so, did you solve it or will I just have to live with it?

Isn’t this an intro line from a blue movie?

I'd get yourself checked out by a doctor man, preferably a neurologist.

Probably nothing serious but there's some more serious things it could be a symptom of. Not worth taking the risk.

Do you know what those serious things could be?

Sent you a PM for the sake of privacy.

I'm not a medical guy but there are some doctors on the forum who may step in with better advice. Still worth seeing a doctor in meatspace though, I think.
