I've heard of this. It's also called the "Stuntman", which is a play on the original Tequila shot i.e. all the ingredients are there, you just use them like a retard.
It's funny in principle and have never seen anyone do it. You might as well be a look-at-me dancing monkey. If that was coke, it would be a much more enjoyable shot.

It was salt...Saw that dude last night and showed him this thread on my phone. He was getting hammered while on duty as a cab driver.
