There is no iron-clad immunity against anything at currently available tactics.

Even I who has seen miraculous things with high-dosage vitamin C would say that you can still get verious STDs like syphilis and others. Your immunity and white cell count is just massively increased if you take 5000mg-10.000mg per day, but that does not mean that you will get nothing.

I am personally utterly unafraid of any STDs, because I know that I can treat it - at times helping with antibiotics, but it's not fool-proof. For example - if you get mites, then no amount of immunity or even Illuminati-secret-super-vaccine will help you. In fact if you are healthy then those nasty critters will love you more. All you then have to do is to poison those suckers - and it takes up to a few weeks to get fully rid of them.

So no - there is nothing fool-proof even if we assume that there is some super-vaccine out there or you are the healthiest human on Earth.

bear in mind that all the fuss in the media about STD is mainly to protect gay people and women. A straight man is unlikely to be severely affected by STD. This because the more serious infections like HIV are very unlikely to be transmitted from vaginal sex. Probability of transmitting HIV from anal sex is around 1% or more, but only around 0.05% from vaginal sex. Additionally, prevalence of HIV in women is very low compared to homosexual men.

The real risk for a man is to transmit something to his female LTR which fucks up her reproductive ability.

Now, specifically:

All bacteria can be cured by antibiotics. They mainly include syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia. Treatment can be long though, and some strains of gonorrhea have been found to be resistant to antibiotics. The effect on men are mild (except syphilis which can drive you insane or kill you in the long run, like 20 years).

Viruses (herpes HSV, HIV, HPV) are more of a problem because they are incurable. There is a vaccine for HPV but it’s only given to women because it is usually benign in men. HSV is annoying but only kills babies. HIV is annoying because if you don’t take the heavy medication you die (within many years). But note that condoms do not fully protect from HSV or HPV transmission.

I’d say if you are willing to take regular blood tests and watch your health closely, and you avoid anal sex, you could dispense with condoms. I consider it unethical and do not recommend it though. Just bear in mind that if you do, you are living with a very small HIV risk.

if you have sex while you know you have a STD, it’s a misdeameanor in most states. I doubt you can be prosecuted outside the US for that kind of things. If the disease can cause death (such as HIV or hepatitis B) it may be considered a felony (in the US and in most Western countries).

It varies a lot between states. In Illinois, only HIV is prosecuted. In Texas, knowingly transmitting gonorrha is considered assault and is either a a misdemeanor or a felony.

A few months ago in California the downgraded HIV infection knowingly from a felony down to a misdemeanor. It was 8yrs in prison down to 6 months.

Also do not have sex raw dog if you have cuts on your dick. That will increase the chances of catching std's by 1000x
