Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone on here could help me build a tool

Basically the premise is to track "smart money" (banks, hedge funds, etc.) involvement in crypto-based projects

E.g. the tool would scrape information from places like Twitter, Medium, Coindesk, Hackernoon, etc. to see how much smart money involvement there is in different cryptos like Ethereum, Stellar, and so on

For a more visual representation:

So maybe the smart money involvement can be measured from 0-100 based on how many mentions there are of institutional investors and so on getting involved with different projects.

To filter for quality, maybe only include the top 10 links or so (measured by things like engagement or something) for each project.

Like the picture says, have the 0-100 bars clickable for more details and links out to the sources mentioning smart money involvement.

Also, an admin component to it so that someone can filter for spam (e.g. fake engagement on links and stuff), too.

Ideally would like this to be built for $10k or less and within a month but open to other offers

Please PM me for more info

Have you backtested this before throwing out 10k on it?

$10k is way too much, certainly to offer at least on the opening.

You'll also be hard pressed as fuck I imagine to track investment banks and hedge fund positions based on twitter. If you had bloomberg, thompson reuters or factset maybe get half decent information but not great either, but not twitter and if you do it will be a bit late to act on.
