This was briefly discussed in the alphabay thread.
As it stands now it seems very likely that this was a staged hoax in order to boost this insta who's value.
Indeed, as soon as she was "rescued" she immediately discarded her old agent for a higher tier one and went on to do topless photoshoots to "deal with the stress".
Additionally, it should be noted that during the time of her alleged imprisonment she was spotted shopping shoes and groceries with her supposed kidnapper.
