Places to go Eastern Europe mid August - serjao - 07-04-2017

Hello what would be a good plan for a roadtrip departing and coming back to milan from 11 to 25th august?
I read other threads and was think about going to budapest (sziget festival)->budva->split->hvar and back to milan, how does that sound?
