Hit my Deductible...Cool Health Tests to Order? - nmmoooreland20 - 04-20-2017

I hit my health insurance deductible this year, so any additional tests or procedures should be significantly discounted, if they're performed in-network. Chiropractors, acupuncture and massage therapy are included as benefits, so I plan to explore of those. I don't think LASIK or something like WellnessFX are included unfortunately. Any suggestions on tests/procedures I should consider taking advantage of while the rate is low?

Plug in your details here:

http://epss.ahrq.gov/ePSS/search.jsp

then do the tests for any recommendation labelled 'A' and consider also doing any tests labelled 'B'.

On top of that, hormone levels, sugar levels, cholesterol levels are worthwhile checking, in my opinion.

Consider also getting extra vaccines, eg:

Although you if you intend to travel to dodgy places, you might want to add typhoid and yellow fever vaccines.
