Threesome strategy - the Thing - 02-03-2017

Hi guys. Only have had one plate for about 2 months now and been in a dry spell for a while. But right now I'm pretty wired on what I call "prescription speedball" (Adderall & Xanax) at the moment and couldn't give two fucks if I wanted to. Here's the situation:

Been seeing this chick for 5 months now
She's more than a plate, she's actually an incredible woman we have a lot of fun together and I'm very emotionally invested as well and I'm glad I have her
She's really into me to the point that she knows straight up I fuck other girls while I am seeing her and she would rather share me than settle with someone else
She has a middle class job and lives the usual suburban life while I earn in the top 1% income bracket for my age group in the country, party hard, lots of drugs, full of adventures ranging from moving to London with literally nothing to my name to run a tech start-up, to backpacking through the Philippine islands on a motorcycle so I guess I'm her alpha tingles.
She's been around the block with me and she's loving it so far. In her own words "I've always been a good girl but now I feel alive"
She's bi, had a girlfriend in college and totally down for a threesome (I made that part pretty clear)
She has only one friend that she shares her experiences/ psychedelic trips etc. that she has with me, one of her close friends
I met this other chick yesterday at a get together, she's the usual "girl next door" type extremely shy and pretty clear that she's never been around the block. My girl tells me she's all "tsk tsk tsk" about it but it was obvious that hearing the stories excited her.
I was sitting across the table from her, sitting next to my girl playing with her hair and kissing her neck while eyeing the other girl and holy shit I've never seen a woman look at me like that. She was blushing like a red cabbage, playing with her hair and even bit her lips a couple times while looking me in the eye. I could literally hear the pussy flooding from 10 feet away.
Right now the only thing I can think about is throwing her on my bed and giving it to her in a way she'll never forget.

I guess I can invite both these girls over for some bait reason then comfort and escalate but I don't want this to be a one time thing but rather I want to have both these women in a "menage a trois" type deal. I'm a huge sucker for shy innocent girl next door types. How do I go about this.
