Anyone know of one? One that you've used. Basically, it should tell you how to format your book (especially if you have specific fonts that you want to appear in a particular way, such as monospaced fonts.)

Don't take k money mastery, it's completely outdated. As far as formatting is concerned, pay someone $5 on fiverr to get it done or watch a few youtube tutorials.

For formatting a book, there's nothing better than Vellum. It's $250 to buy but you can format an entire book for electronic and paper in about 10 minutes. It's only for Macs, however.

Short of that, you can use Jutoh, which is very good too. Or you can pay a professional. They usually run about $150.

If you're planning to write/publish at least two books, I'd say buy Vellum. You'll see how easy it is. A bit addictive, really.
