How Can I Improve My Game? - dknightbro - 11-18-2016

Hi fellow Roosh'rs,

I would consider myself an intermediate:

-Approached several hundred sets already
-Still have some sticking points with AA after a long work week
-I've pushed myself into traditionally harder sets liked mixed + large groups before

I've also gone from cold approach all the way to where the magic happens so I have a sense of how the whole process goes.

Here are my current game goals:

1. Find my poosy paradise(s): via online research + travel
2. Reap the fruits of my poosy paradise(s): via developing the optimal lifestyle (location independent income)

Based on my experience in the game so far, I am attracted to females in the following order:

1. East Asian
2. SEA
3. EE
4. Russian

Here is what I consider the most important to getting girls in priority order:

1. $
2. Looks
3. Game

Here is a personal ranking of myself on each of these categories:

1. $: 6/10

I do software work so that gives me leverage to transition to a location independent lifestyle.

2. Looks: 8/10

Been complimented enough times by girls of all ages and race types on my looks that it caught my attention. No e-brag because I'm actually really laidback and pre-getting into the game seriously I didn't even really care about how I looked. I just accumulated many compliments along the way till now that I have a good idea of where I'm at.

I'm also passionate about fitness + nutrition beyond just for girls so getting + maintaining a good physique these days is basically autopilot (perhaps it's an interesting motivational story as I was basically the epitome of a couch potato / got picked last in gym class / laughed at for being fat / depressed / etc., but maybe that's a story for another time)

3. Game: 6/10

I feel my game can skyrocket if I have the time to dedicate to approaching and building a social circle full time. But because of my job, I really only have 1 day of the week to dedicate to game full-time and when work is in crunch season, sometimes weeks in between where I don't game.

What this entails is I've gotten attraction from higher talents of the pool, but because I basically can invest minimal time into Day 2'ing them, they all pretty much drop off at the Day 2 process.

----

I feel my biggest sticking point is a job that takes up a lot of time.

While I have a gameplan in place already to transition to my optimal lifestyle, it is a lonely struggle (not many people around me to discuss these ideas with) so I'd like to interact here and ask y'all based on my current stats in the game do you have any suggestions on how I could better improve?

Do you agree with my game system? Or do you have a different perspective of what game means to you? I'm also interested in hearing about different perspectives of the game from your background.

Thanks!

I feel your biggest point may be the lack of the rvf "search" function and the "google search" function.

Sounds like you already have your ducks in a row. Use search and read threads that are relevant to your interests. SEA/EE travel threads in the Travel forum, location independence/software dev threads in Lifestyle forum, and browse game threads here in the Game forum.

If you want to learn about some deeper game theory just go to West Indian Archie's profile, click on the "Find all posts by user" link and browse away, but you really should find a way to just get out more and interact with women more often to hone your skills.

You don't mention your age but it sounds like you might be on the younger side.

Don't underestimate the longer-term value of money. A solid career with advancement is something really valuable, and you could end up in a much better financial position in 5-10 years. This in turn will allow you more freedom, more options, and higher SMV, all things being equal.

I've seen it happen that guys jump too soon to the location independent dream and they ended up running out of money. And traveling around the world very often limits one's career advancement options.

So definitely follow the advice of the other guys above, but don't neglect to stack that cash.

Thank you and I already started reading through those threads (but forgot about the software dev threads), will followup on those

Nice, didn't know about WIA's posts, will check those too

Funny enough, I noticed CMQ's huge thread on Lifestyle vs. Game popped up shortly after I made this thread

Had a good time reading through it and helped addressed several of my problems as well

Appreciate the feedback from all

Thank you and I feel I'm on the same page as you

I'll keep in mind the caveat about jumping too recklessly into location independence

I do happen to be in a position now between being able to choose a solid career move vs. entering location independence, so I'll consider your suggestion carefully in my assessment
