Has anyone had any success with this?

Joe Rogan keeps going on about it and multiple MMA fighters are using it to make cuts easier. Even endurance athletes are using it and claiming it can outperform using glycogen as energy.

What is the transition period before you feel comfortable? Is there any way to speed up the painful transition? Are you stronger or faster using it?
