I adore a relatively unknown movie called the Final Countdown. Way more masculine than Top Gun. It is a movie every man should see. The US Navy ''s history is unlike any others. Maybe the British Navy 300 years ago. The USA in the 1980s was still a good place to live in. And the Navy was at the forefront of masculinity then.

Even with Nazi control of the mainland in WWII ever wonder why Operation Sea Lion was a pipe dream?


In terms of masculine movies. I have quite the soft spot for the Die Hard series.
