How does a Berkey filter differ from the water filter that's built into the fridge? Does it make that much of a difference?

Smart Water Bottles that cost upwards of $100 each obviously have the best water. The more you spend the better it is.

Hell you can even use an app to track your hydration goals for the day.

Just kidding, filtered is typically the best, however I have drank tap water for most of my life. Unless your in Flint Michigan, or an area with bad water it should be ok.

If you're really worried buy one of those brita filters.

Bumping this thread, to ask if any of you bros consume distilled water. If so, do you see any benefits? Is it better?

A distilled water filter is about the same as a Berkey filter. Here is the one I've found to be most recommended:

An easy way I've found to drink more water is by basically just buying 3 one liter bottles, and filling them up in the morning. This is the water you're going to drink when you're at home.

Add another 3 one liter bottles and keep them at your office. You're going to finish those before you leave.

Easy way, you don't have to keep a count of the glasses you've drunk, just gotta empty the bottles.

PS use steel bottles, not plastic bottles.

One of my favourite times of the day is first thing after waking up, stumbling to take a piss, then drinking an enormous glass of chilled water. It feels like I'm putting life directly back into my body.
