The OP's question is vague and ambiguous, because your results in Europe will depend a lot on your looks, hierarchical social class, style, wit/improvisation, connections, game level, etc... Iceland won't be the best per capita for quality... Scandinavia (and most of the west for that matter) is suffering from a catastrophic feminism/obesity problem, but they have very attractive facial features, soft skin and superb fashion sense. Generally speaking you will find so many good-sorts galore in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Iceland... stunning dames are every where you look.
