I let her rant. She posed no threat to me other than fleeting embarrassment in the street. I was most in shock that not an ounce of defense was had for me. Like even if he disagreed with my displeasure, he couldn't muster a "hey my friend's a good guy, just let it go and let's get out of here."

The fact that he had a guy chasing him, in a bar, and came running to hide behind you tells me everything I need to know about this chode.

In fairness he's not a big dude. He was pretty darn drunk and didn't wanna get punched. But that's not what pissed me off. It was the fact that he didn't have my back when chunky monkey went in on me. Not even a word. I was f'ing livid. I read him the riot act on the spot. Since I've messaged and it's chill. But the bond is broken a bit.

1. Small guy getting drunk and starting shit he can't finish (Ill call that strike one but there's already a cascade of character flaws in that scenario alone)

2. Obviously extremely thirsty= more likely to blow your game than help it: strike two

3. Hoes before bro's = strike three

This is the kind of guy that's more apt to help you get your ass kicked (over something asinine) or arrested than help you get laid

In closing...Sweet Brown said it best

If he can learn from his ways I'd say proceed with caution and talk about it sober when you can. Also look at options for other wings. In some places even mediocre wings are hard to find.
