Ebook formats - BodiPUA - 09-24-2015

Hey all.

I've recently released a book and want to convert it now to electronic format so that it is readable on Kindle, Smartphones and iPad. Does anyone have experience with EPUB or MOBI formats and know much about them? I was originally thinking PDF as there are lots of illustrations, pop-outs, box-outs, footnotes etc in the book but then I realised PDF is fixed format so doesn't resize or flow.
