The effect of Islam on young Muslim girls in the west - thedarkknight - 09-20-2015

Just finished a 3 month saga with a Pakistani Muslim.

It seemed like she was lying to herself. Her internal thoughts were drowned out by external pressures from family, community and religion. She admitted huge insecurity and felt inferior to whites.

Has anyone else noticed any trends or had similar experiences with this demographic?

I hate to extrapolate my sole experience to a whole group. That's not what I'm doing. I'm curious how young Islamic women growing in the Anglo-sphere can handle such polarization.

Thanks

I know you're looking for specific answers, but the main one is this.

Don't bother with these bitches.

Unless she's from a "liberal" family that lets her become a party rat don't bother. I grew up around these people and in their culture a bit. Nothing good comes out of it if you try your luck with them.

That and the hamsters are on overdrive with family related gossip and general gossip. Word spreads fast in that community, and her hamster will not let you touch her because of it. They also have an air of pseudo-religious righteousness that makes me puke a bit. If some old sheikh or imam told them that sucking tons of dick would make them a good person they would do it. It's all about appearances and how "righteous"/"pious" you appear to those people.

Interesting post OP as I am sort of from that community. If you dont mind me asking, how old was said girl and what do you mean by polarization and insecurity.

She is 24 years old.

Polarization- the workplace and the west says something; the father, religion and community say something else. It's like putting oil into water, surely?

Insecurity, as in, they always look for outside influence instead of acting/acknowledging on their own thoughts.

You extrapolate from what seem to be one and only experience due to some insecurities from a woman...

Because that will be my first and last experience with them. Trust and believe that.

Ouch. Sounds traumatic. Sorry if you had a bad time, and thanks for warning the rest of us.

I know when I was in the Northern (non-Muslim) Philippines when I saw the women with their hair covered they look like the less educated, more primitive types.

Sounds like a female IRT.

Dude I'm South Asian and I wouldn't ever date those females, they're definitely gossipers, it's a small knit community, not to mention princess jasmine syndrome.

I've banged a few, never will date one or marry one. Unless that chick is straight from the motherland and doesn't speak a lick of English and has never visited the states.
