It seems like one of those rare times that a feminist wet dream has helped a man. A female celebrity chef named Giada de Laurentiis (45) has gotten divorced in California, and apparently there was no pre-nup.

Ironically, when women get fucked over by the system like this it will spur things to change. You may actually see divorce reform in the future because of this. Alimony reform happened in Massachusetts for the same reason, lots of high powered women got fucked over by the alimony laws and then they changed the laws.
