Ultimate Santo Domingo, DR Datasheet by Masculine Profiles - Tiguere - 08-28-2015

Santo Domingo how I miss you…

I spent a little over two and a half months in the Dominican Republic earlier this year – with the majority of them being in Santo Domingo. I can’t express enough how much I loved the city and the women. I’ll be back and I’m not sure I’ll leave.

Where to Stay
I met forum members and men staying in nearly every neighborhood in Santo Domingo and every single one of them had no issue pulling chicks. You can pretty much stay in any one of the “good” areas of Santo Domingo and pull hot chicks. I met guys staying in nice apartments with pools and guys staying in guesthouses. It didn’t matter. Everyone was getting laid.

However, the best place to stay will be determined by the length of your trip.

Here are the best options:

Piantini
Zona Colonial (or Gazcue)
Malecon

If you’re on a shorter trip (anything shorter than a couple weeks) then I highly recommend staying on the Malecon. You’ll want to grab a hotel or Airbnb spot with a nice balcony at minimum. You’d be better off with a pool at your hotel or apartment building. If you have the cash, I’d highly recommend an apartment at Malecon Center for shorter trips. You’ll pay anywhere from $40 to $100 a night for a decent spot on the Malecon (closer to the high end of that if you want a pool).

If you’re on a short trip and budget is tight then you can find a number of guest houses, hotels and apartments in Zona Colonial that will work just fine. Girls have no issue meeting in Zona Colonial if they have enough attraction to you. Just don’t stay on El Conde. Stay at least a street or two off it.

For trips of a month to three months, you’ll probably only be able to find places in Zona Colonial or Gazcue. However, if you can swing an apartment in Piantini then I highly recommend that. You’ll likely need some boots on the ground to find it.

For longer stays, I’d highly recommend Piantini.

To find places, your best bet is boots on the ground. Airbnb.com and Booking.com offer good options as well.

The Girls
If you ever found yourself attracted to late-90’s and early 2000’s rap video girls (the thick, light skin ones) – you’ll love Dominican women.

For me – it was incredible.

There are some guys who have said they didn’t see many hot chicks when they came to the DR. That’s because they stayed in Zona Colonial too much. Maybe took a trip to Boca Chica. And then wrote the country off.

The hottest chicks in Santo Domingo rarely go to Zona Colonial. They are in the center – near Piantini, Naco, and the like.

Dominican women come in all shapes and sizes. They do tend to be a bit “thicker” on average than most women though. The one thing I literally came to love about Dominican women is that almost all of them looked even better naked than with their clothes on. She would look like a “six” online and when we went out on a date, but when I got her naked…

Sweet baby Jesus!

Their natural bodies are hard to beat.

The women also come in all different colors. Nearly white. Mixed. Light skins. And of course, black chicks. I’d never been a fan of black chicks, but damn – the DR changed me. I now consider myself an equal opportunity lover. However, my favorites tend to be the mixed and light skin girls.

If you want to see what hot Dominican chicks look like – check out “Dominikansfinest” on Instagram. Girls with less than 3K followers - travelers can bang these types of girls with some effort. Girls with more than that will require a nice pad with a pool, some time, and some money blown.

And no, those are not “average” Dominican women, but you can find bodies like the above all over the country – especially if you like black girls and fat ass.

Lastly, you’ll have to firmly place yourself in the “lover” category in the DR. If not, you’ll need to be on the lookout for pros. There are a lot of them, if you aren’t careful.

And you’ll be asked to pay for a girls taxi on most occasions. Give her 200 pesos and smile. She’s not a hoe. She just can’t get home without the money at night.

Money Talks
The country is poor as hell. That being said – money talks in the DR. The more money you display – the hotter women you will be fucking. You won’t be consistently banging the hottest women unless you have money in the DR.

The bare minimum is a hotel on the Malecon with a pool or an apartment in Piantini with a pool.

You can still bang an insane amount of cute and sexy girls here, but to consistently date the “9’s” in the DR – you have to show you have money. You may fuck one here and there, but she won’t stick around for long if you don’t have dough to show. Dominican women value money much more than Western women seem to.

Dominican Culture

Outside of the money issue, I found the culture to be incredibly enjoyable. There really are no rules in the country. You can pretty much do as you please. I loved being able to drink in the streets and parks any time of day.

I also loved a lot of the reggaeton (or whateever it is) music that was popular in the DR.

The culture also has an incredibly sexual vibe. The owner of my guesthouse was an old man. He had two girlfriends. They knew about each other. They didn’t care, nor did he. He was talking to Zoom and I one day about how a man could have a girl a day for a month in the DR for less than $1,000 USD. We told him we didn’t pay and he commented that we were young and seemed to have a girl a day for free. Then he laughed and offered us mangos. He always offered us mangos.

Another time I finished a game and was drinking in the streets with my teammates. I was talking with the one guy who spoke broken English and he was telling me about his kids. He’s married, but it turns out his kids were with a different girl while he was married. I made a surprised expression and he laughed at me. He pointed to the sky and said, “It’s the Dominican Republic man – everybody is fucking.” Then he laughed again.

Everybody in the DR is fucking. The culture loves sex. Dominicans just love money a little bit more.

The one exception to this “everybody is fucking” rule is the virgins. As the DR is supposedly a catholic country, you will run into a few girls who are virgins. They won’t be fucking – yet [Image: wink.gif] I ran into three virgins in the DR (real virgins). Some of these virgins just hate Dominican men and want to date a foreigner, but haven't met one yet.

There are a lot of hustlers and shady characters in the DR. The further away you go from Zona Colonial - the less of these types you'll meet.

Dominican Spanish is full retard. Don't try to learn Spanish in the country. I did enjoy yelling "klok mami chula" at girls. They only thought it was cute because of how gringo I look.

Day Game
Malls

Malls are great for day game in the DR. I fucked a few chicks I met at malls in Santo Domingo. I also grabbed the number from a TV girl and one of the richest girls in the city – sadly, no bangs from those two. Still, the city is great for day game.

Agora Mall: My favorite day game spot. The mall is pretty upper class, but has a few ratchets on occasion to keep things interesting. Some girls I met here spoke English.

Mega Centro mall: Nice and ghetto. In Santo Domingo Este, you’ll find this gem of a mall. You’ll have some high value here as a foreigner. You can hit on the shop girls all week, but the best time to go is Saturday afternoons.

The other malls I went to were:

Blue Mall
Galerias 360
Acropolis
Sambil

If you like to day game, I’d give them all a shot. Agora and Mega Centro are my favorite.

Universities

UASD is the biggest university in Santo Domingo. Head there around 5:45 on a Friday evening for best results.

El Conde

I wasn’t huge on day gaming on El Conde, and neither was anyone I rolled with. However, you’ll occasionally see some really hot chicks. Just make sure to ask if they are pro’s or not.

Malecon

Admittedly, I didn’t game much here. However, I did notice there are always incredible amounts of people on the Malecon during early evening Sundays. I suspect it be a good day game spot during these hours.

Duarte (Chinatown)

Day gaming on Duarte street in Barrio Chino around the time women get off work each day has been fruitful for some guys. I didn’t see many chicks I was into when I went, but it’s an option.

Night Game

I prefer night game over day game, but the one negative about Santo Domingo is the nightlife just isn’t that great for guys not wanting to ball out on bottles every night.

Through a fuck ton of trial and error, I did find some good spots.

Zona Colonial

There are a ton of bars and clubs here. However, most of them are not great for pick up. Scratch that – most of them blow if you’re trying to run night game. Feel free to form your own opinions, but the only club Zoom and I consistently went to when we didn’t have girls on our arms was…

Onnos: Fucking Onnos is a goldmine. However, I began running into too many chicks I had banged at the place as my time in the DR went on. Thursday is ladies night. Fridays and Saturdays are good. This is the best spot to pick up in Zona Colonial. The girls here love foreign men.

Outside Zona Colonial

I had some luck gaming in the center of the city at night, but it was sporadic. Here are some places I liked:

75 Grados: This is the best club in the city for pick up – if it’s not too packed. My favorite night that I didn’t get laid in the DR was here when it wasn’t too packed. If you enjoy grinding then this is your spot. I dry humped more fat black chicks here than I had in my entire life before hand, but I was laughing the whole time and had a blast. I banged a chick from here. The blender slushy drinks are a lot of fun…

Zambra: This is a small club that’s frequented by people with money. Bring good game here or you won’t pull. I always at least grabbed a number here. The best place to approach is on the smokers patio in the front. Most of the girls who don’t have men buying them drinks chill there and it’s quiet enough to talk. I banged a chick from here too. Half euro/ half Dominican [Image: wink.gif]

Mamma: This is the hottest club in the city right now. I never went because it’s one huge square and unless you buying bottles – it’s going to be rough. If you have some money for a bottle, I’d surmise it would be great.

La Barrica in Piantini: Usually started my nights out in the center here with Zoom or El Conquistador. It’s an ok spot to get some warm up approaches in and grab a number. You’ll have to comfortable opening groups though, but most of them are friendly.

La Barrica in Mega Centro: This bar is in the ghetto mall and has a ladies night on Thursday. I’ve never been, but I heard good things. Just be careful and don’t bring your phone.

…Outside of that, there were not many good pick up spots for nightlife. Pretty much everywhere else you will find girls in groups and guys buying them drinks. The casino clubs, Jet Set, and Avenida Venezuela all are this style for the most part.

Online Game
Santo Domingo is an online gamer’s paradise. You’ll never run out of options online in the city.

Sites to use:

Badoo
Latin American Cupid
Tagged
Tinder
OkCupid
Plenty of Fish

I used and preferred (in this order):

Tinder
Badoo
OkCupid
Latin American Cupid
Plenty of Fish

I pipelined using all five, but stopped using Latin American Cupid and Plenty of Fish within a few weeks of arrival.

Tinder and OkCupid are basically only for Gringo hunters.

Most men find the most success on Badoo.

You can open in English on OkCupid, Tinder, or if she has English somewhere in her profile. You should open in Spanish on all other occasions (unless you look Dominican).

Standard online game with an extra dose of comfort is all that’s needed. These girls are eager to meet up.

One quick tip: if she doesn’t have What’s App – I wouldn’t talk to her.

Dates
Run dates near your place. Standard date game. These girls are easy to bounce back to your place with any simple excuse.

My dates were almost all in Zona Colonial. During the day, you can meet at one of the parques and grab a jugo natural (or a Presidente) and just talk. Make an excuse to go back to your place and try to bang.

At night, I ran most of my dates at Segafredo. The girls think it’s upper class, which works in your favor. Getting a wealthy girl to come to come to Zona Colonial is much easier if you invite her to Segafredo.

I almost always scheduled two dates every Wednesday. Onnos has a “5 rum and cokes for 500 pesos” special. Thus, you can get tipsy with a chick for $11 USD at the bar and then bounce her back to the crib.

Safety
The DR is a dangerous country. However, you should be fine if you keep your wits about you. I roamed the streets drunk as hell in Zona Colonial and in the center (Piantini) a number of times and never felt unsafe. If you go north of Zona Colonial late at night then this won’t be the case. I never bring my phone anywhere at night – just as a precaution.

Gyms
If you stay in the center then you should go to Body Shop.

In Zona Colonial, you’ll want to go Gimnasio Nueva Creacion. It’s on the northern end of Zona Colonial, a few blocks north and east of Parque Independcia.

Santiago
I briefly checked out Santiago. Unless you plan to live there, I’d stay in Santo Domingo.

Santiago girls are not nearly as liberal as the women in the capital. You’ll need a much stronger pipeline to ensure you get some bangs here on a short trip.

I also don’t agree that the women here are much hotter than in Santo Domingo. On average, I would say maybe. You just have some many more good-looking girls in the capital. Go to Piantini for a week and then go to Santiago for a week. I’d take Piantini every time.

If you're on a budget, you can stay in the shitty hotels a few streets off Calle del Sol for $15 USD a night or so. Airbnb didn't offer many options in the city. If you have money, I would stay at a nice hotel for a short trip here.

Levels is the best club in Santiago. Go on Wednesday and on the weekends. Buy a bottle on the weekends.

Beaches

A few notes on going to the beach in the Dominican Republic:

Don’t go to Boca Chica. The place is an absolute shithole.

If you need a break from Santo Domingo for a day then go to Juan Dolio instead.

If you need a break from Santo Domingo for 3 days to a week go to Punta Cana.

I visited Cabarete and it was nice, but I wouldn’t go again. However, I suspect the nightlife could be incredible in high season (some giant clubs on the beach).

Las Terranas looks lovely, but I didn’t hear much about it. I’ll check it out next time I’m in the country.

Overall

I had an incredible time in Santo Domingo. I made sweet love to way too many Dominican women (and a few Haitan), became friends with some awesome forum guys, met some cool Domincan guys, and had a great time. I'll be back for sure.

A few of the songs I really liked while in the DR:

M.P.:
Great data sheet and I tried to give you a rep point, but realized I already did for your El Salvador data. Years ago, I would have said that you didn't even need Santo Domingo data. I would have said to make a beeline for Trio, start dancing, and everything would work itself out. Thanks to the liquor curfew which was imposed many years ago, my understanding is that the best strategy is to use as much online and daygame as possible. I think I would get pretty frustrated staying on the malecon as that place is full of hustlers and other annoyances. I saw a nice place online which was literally feet rom one of the major malls that looked like a really good option. Is there any reason why you didn't mention Dominican Cupid? Which clubs of the ones you mentioned play mostly merengue and bachata?

Huge mistake...

I meant Dominican Cupid - not Latin American Cupid (wrote this sheet late night). Dominican Cupid is what guys should be using.

If you could find a spot situated somewhere between Blue Mall/Acropolis and Agora - I believe that's the best spot in the city (10 minutes walking each way).

None of the clubs I mentioned played much merengue or bachata. I prefer reggaeton and chose nightlife venues that played mostly reggaeton, as my vibe is better in venues where I like the music.

Did you ever go to a bar/lounge that was about one block from Acropolis? It used to be called La Republica and may have had the best quality girls in the whole country. It then changed its name to Bottles and was basically a rock club, still decent, but not nearly as good. That was over nine years ago, so I really have no idea if it is still there.

Never checked it out or heard much of it.

And I rolled with El Conquistador a lot. He had been living in that area for almost a year. So I'm not sure it still is around.

On a different note - don't go to Dock in Acropolis unless you have hot girls you've been fucking with you. Super lame spot to me.

Ultimate Santo Domingo, DR Datasheet by Masculine Profiles - Merenguero - 08-28-2015

I tend to agree with you on Dock. They used to have some quality girls working there, though. One gave me her number and said that she wanted me to go with her to some club that played electronic music, but for some reason I never called her.

Ultimate Santo Domingo, DR Datasheet by Masculine Profiles - zoom - 08-28-2015

I spent about 4 months in the DR, most of which was in Santo Domingo so I will share my thoughts in this thread.

Girls

The girls here are nice. They are feminine with good bodies. My only complaint is that most of them don't have pretty faces however their bodies can make up for their lack of facial aesthetics. The upper class girls typically have lighter skin. You want to avoid the lower-class barrio girls if you can. Yes they are easy, but often times they just aren't worth it.

Some claim that there's a 'white god factor' here, but I just don't see it. Maybe for the poor black girls, but most upper class girls don't care that you're white. My blue eyes helped me a little bit, but it wasn't a major advantage.

So where do you meet girls here? I would recommend daygame as the best way to meet girls. Dominican girls are not shy and are usually receptive to your approach. You don't have to go out specifically looking to game, if you're walking somewhere and see a hot girl then go talk to her. Malls are a good spot, as well as the university (UASD). The gym is good depending on which gym you go to. If you are staying downtown then there is no better gym then the Body Shop. The quality of girls there is amazing. There's also a cool rooftop basketball court at the one in Bella Vista.

Nightlife is not great, but there are a couple good venues that MP mentioned. Online game can also work well if that is your thing.

One of my favorite excursions was an ATV tour. The tour is located in Boca Chica which is a little over a half hour away. You can take a small bus (guagua) here. You get to ride an ATV on the highway and through dirt trails through farm land. I got to see parts of the DR I otherwise would not have. The tour is located in front of a hotel, I believe it's called La Hamaca. It costs $50 plus tip to the guides.

Costs

I spent about $1500 a month on average and this includes dates, and going out a couple times a week. Most of my expense was for housing and taxis. I ate pretty cheaply.

Santiago

If you come here, then I wouldn't spend more than a week. It's really spread out, so if you lived here then a car would be necessary. The girls might be a little better looking on average, but there aren't as many as in Santo Domingo and they are much more conservative. The guys here are noticeably more handsome so the local competition will be tougher.

I just don't see much of a point in staying here when you can stay in Santo Domingo. It beats Santiago in almost every category except for safety. But if you do come here then make sure to take a cigar tour at La Aurora cigar factory- it was a lot of fun.

Sosua

I stayed here for a few days. This is a beach town on the north coast next to Puerta Plata and Cabarete. It's known for being full of pros, and this turned out to be true. During the day it's pretty quiet, but at night things can get a little sketchy. I wouldn't recommend going out at night as there are a lot of sketchy characters hanging around and not enough police presence.

This place does have a great beach which is perfect for snorkeling. If you come then come for the beach. You can rent snorkel equipment for as little as $3.

Bonao

This is my favorite getaway spot from the city. It's in the middle of Santo Domingo and Santiago and you can take a small bus there from either of those cities.

Once you arrive in Bonao you will instantly see how beautiful it is, it's near mountains and there are a lot of rivers nearby. The absolute best place to stay is Hotel Aquarius. This is a legit 4 star hotel. It's only about $35 a night and there is a pool and a nice restaurant downstairs.

The girls here rarely see foreigners you have an exotic factor. I went out one night to Glass Club Wendys. This is supposed to be the best club but I didn't like it too much- it was mostly all tables with bottle service. So I would pass on the nightlife but go hard on daygame at the La Sirena and at the river.

Overall

I had a great trip and it was fun hanging out with forum members MP, el conquistador, and Lion. I also want to thank Patron for giving me a lot of good advice.

Overall this is a good country to be a man, and I plan on coming back in 2016.

How much are newer apartments with a pool in Piantini / Naco if you are renting monthly? (1/1 or 2/1 max) Prices seem high to me on airbnb based on daily rates.

There are some nice places you can rent for $100 a day with pools in that area. Monthly the minimum would be $1,200 to $1,500. On a long term contract, you might be able to get that down to $900-1,100. You could easily spend $2,000 a month in a new, nice building with a rooftop.

Quick question. When you day game, do you open in English or Spanish? After the opener, do you primarily speak Spanish or do they know enough English to have a conversation?

My Spanish was full retard when I arrived. Over the course of the trip, I started speaking much better. By the end of the trip, I could run full dates (90% understood) in Spanish without a translator.

Spanish helps, but I fucked 5 girls my first week and I could barely hold a 2-minute conversation in Spanish. So it's not a deal breaker, per se...

I look so gringo that it helps me to open in Spanish. If they speak English then they will usually let me know - as it's often painful to listen to me butcher their native tongue.

If you look remotely Dominican then it's a must to start in English.

I would say half my chicks spoke some English, with about 2/3rds of these girls being fluent. Throughout the capital, I would estimate 20-30% of the chicks might speak English.

Ultimate Santo Domingo, DR Datasheet by Masculine Profiles - lavidaloca - 08-28-2015

Spanish is something you can pick up quickly. If you were diligent about it and studied for 20 hours a week (less than most people watch tv) for a year then spent 3 or 4 months abroad you'd likely have pretty good communication skills.

Spanish is something you can learn to communicate in rather quickly. The hard part is understanding when other people are speaking to you especially in a group setting.

Ultimate Santo Domingo, DR Datasheet by Masculine Profiles - Agastya - 09-02-2015

As an Indian-American who probably looks pretty Dominican, is it all recommended that I learn/use Spanish when I'm there? I sound like a California surfer boy, which I imagine would up my gringo factor.

Que lo que amigos

Gracias a Dios, I am back from a successful couple week trip to Santo Domingo and the República Dominicana.

Santo Domingo and the R.D is easily one of the most covered locations data wise on this forum. I've decided against adding yet another thread to the pile and I am just going to add my thoughts here in MasculineProfile's great thread. El Conquistador, Yeti and countless others have posted very good information as well.

Santo Domingo

Before arriving I had some really high hopes for this city as a possible longer term location (couple of years). While it did not meet my full expectations, I had a good time in Santo and I definitely plan to visit here and the R.D again.

I'll further break things down this way before I go into greater detail..

Positives
Most of these are pretty obvious.

The city is situated in the middle of the Caribbean and is practically paradise. I love the tropics and don't mind the heat too much, so the climate was perfect for me. There are also nice beaches everywhere within bus or driving distance. You don't even have to settle for the less desirable Boca Chica nearby. Overall there's some incredible naturaleza to explore in the República Dominicana and you can get around the island quickly from Santo Domingo (for Latin America standards) to do so. Luckily I was able to get out of Santo and experience some of this first hand. The R.D still has some world class beaches and a lot of the countryside is incredibly lush and beautiful, especially in the Cordillera Central.

Speaking of luscious... how about those Dominicanas... I'll go into greater detail below, but gracias a dios. A certified Sir Mix A Lot paradise. In Santo from what I gathered the Dominicanas are noticeably darker than girls from the northern part of the country and definitely darker than the Dominicanas who've spent time stateside, but in a city of ~3 million you can find basically any type you are looking for.

Negatives
Overall I didn't find this to be a particularly livable city. It's a pretty expensive city by Latin American standards, especially when you consider all of the shit you have to deal with. From the electricity and water shortages to the garbage and filth of the streets, these things will wear on you. Parts of Zona Colonial and Gascue looked like they could have been places in Haiti, which was not thrilling as I've never wanted to return to that shit hole of a country. Piantini is very nice and modern, but it's not that large of an area in Santo Domingo. For example, nothing like the size of Miraflores in Lima where they lick the streets clean or the size of Zona Rosa/Parque 93 in Bogotá.

I lived at an apartment complex in Zona Colonial/Gascue with Zoom, which was decent place, with good value for the price and we had great logistics for pulling and banging Dominicanas as fast as possible. Maybe it was the group of Colombiana whores we were living next to, or the piles of street garbage and giant cucarachas of Zona Colonial, but the area was a basically just a shithole. If I could do it all over again I would live in Piantini just for the added quality of life and security, though Piantini doesn't seem totally exempt from some of these negative factors.

Additionally I was not a big on the food in the R.D. Outside of eating fresh fish and fruit and heapings of Tostones, I thought it was equal or maybe even worse than Colombian food and that is really saying something.

Safety

I agree with MasculineProfiles, the R.D is dangerous. Luckily I did not experience any crime or violence in any of the areas in and around Santo or around the R.D in total. Most of the time I was smart about when and where I went to, though I was stupid enough to drunkenly walk around Zona Colonial past 1-2am by myself a few times. A highly unrecommended thing to do. Piantini was quite safe and as safe as it gets for Santo Domingo.

I rarely took the taxi's off the street in Santo because they all look like junkyard cars that were a couple of miles from complete breakdown. Santo has Uber and it's pretty cheap most of the time. You need to be careful and not too reliant on Uber though, because there aren't a lot of drivers in the system it seems and a few times during the weekdays there were none available late at night. If you are going to be there for an extended period it would be wise and safe to get a private driver, especially one like The Driver.

Sightseeing

The Colonial Spanish sights are pretty cool and Zona Colonial has a few things to see, but you can knock that all out in a day. Outside of that the only other sights you need to see are thick Dominicana asses, the beautiful white sand beaches and the cold sweat of a fresh Presidente.

Dominicanas

[Image: 51b257d9-2f6d-46d3-ae4b-0453647ba85a_text.gif]

MasculineProfiles sums it up the best here: "If you ever found yourself attracted to late-90’s and early 2000’s rap video girls (the thick, light skin ones) – you’ll love Dominican women."

And that's exactly right. Growing up on this music I always wanted to fuck those kind of girls, and luckily I got my fix in Santo Domingo. In Santo overall I though the Dominicanas were a bit more darker and "African" looking than I had originally thought, but this was not a negative for me at all as I like those types. Having said that, MasculineProfiles is also very correct, "Dominicanas come in all different colors. Nearly white. Mixed. Light skins." And it's true, you really can find any type you are looking for.

I fucked black girls, darker morenas and a lighter morena from the north who was my absolute favorite. I've never fucked more curvaceous girls in all my life. The curvaceousness and natural sizes of the tits, asses and thighs here are simply incredible. Some girls get the curvaceous because they are straight fatties, but even the skinnier, more natural girls have this. This aspect alone is enough for me to take a return trip back [Image: hump.gif]

And with anything in life there is a catch. Most of these girls are dumb as a box of rocks, but they tend to have good girl game and are highly transactional in day-to-day dealings. I typically don't give a fuck about paying for a girl's taxi or even their food or drinks if I've been with them enough and I like them, but these girls want the whole nine yards, cell phone bills, university debt, etc. They have no fucking shame asking for that and more even after just a few days or hours [Image: huh.gif] together. This is just how the culture is in the R.D. I experienced the prepagos problem a bit in Colombia, but I think this issue along with the issue with Chapiadoras, Pros & Semi-Pros is even worse in the R.D so be warned. MasculineProfiles has very good stuff to say about this above, as does El Conquistador in his data sheet.

Also for the noobs out there it should be noted that Dominicanas will say shit like Gracias a Dios or Dios this, Dios that. That does not mean they are born-again Jehovahs Witnesses, that's just a cultural thing.

Game

Sort of standard game you would normally run in other Latin American countries, but you should put more of an emphasis on screening because of the issue I talked about above. MP is also right in this thread, the culture is very open to sex, so feel free to be very open and aggressive once you know she has interest because you can escalate very quickly with some of these girls. For example in Boca Chica, Zoom and I approached some girls and we were out in the water making out with them within minutes and Zoom banged his girl out in the water within 30 minutes... all without alcohol mind you. Another example of this was the very interesting first date I had on my first day in Santo meeting this girl at La Barrica Bar in Piantini on the Wednesday strip club night (her recommendation) and afterword getting a blow job from her out in public an hour or so after I had met her.

Night game was a huge disappointment for me in Santo Domingo. Social circles dominate the discos and I experienced some bad ratios at a few of them as well. For example one night Zoom and I went to 75 Grados and we probably saw a total of 5 approachable girls there out of a crowd of around 100. Onnes in Zona Colonial was the best option for night game and ONS of the venues I went to. I don't remember where I read this, maybe Merenguero said it, but the high end restaurant/lounge scene seems to be the best places for night game in Santo Domingo. I never did that as it's not really my A game, but next time I go I will be trying that angle.

Without a doubt Day game, Online and the Beaches are the best options. I used Tinder to pipeline and while I was on the ground there. There weren't as many approachable girls out and about as I would have liked during the day, but there are options. The best places are definitely the malls that MasculineProfiles listed, as well as the universities and the high end western-style gyms in Piantini.

White God Factor -- I don't want to talk about this much anymore, but since I mentioned it in the other thread I might as well put it here so it's on the record. In my opinion the overall thirst for white dudes isn't as widespread among all Dominicanas in Santo like it is in other countries like Peru. Many middle and upper class Dominicanas could really give a fuck less and being a white gringo often has negative effects. The thirst is very strong and concentrated in a smaller, albeit still significant portion of the Dominicanas here. These Dominicanas will tend to be more on the darker side. As El Conquistador said before, the color of green, the mighty USD matters more to these girls than any color of ones skin.

Dating Logistics

It's likely your Dominicanas will live far away and it will be hard for them to meet you. Without a doubt they will ask for Taxi money, this is just something to live with. As El Conquistador said, just try and get them to come to your place first date, or same day or whatever it is for your situation as it's very possible they will. When that didn't happen, I would just have them meet me at the tourist spots in Zona Colonial and we would go for a quick walk or coffee/drink and then it would be on. Really nothing complicated once you get them within your sights and near you place.

Competition

Dominican dudes are some of the more naturally alpha guys you will meet. It's there world and you are just living in it, they impose their will and literally do not give a fuck in almost every aspect of what they do. On the street everyone of these guys will give you there two cents on everything and the street vendors and hustlers do not take no for an answer. Most guys seem to be natural players and I never experienced any cock blocking when I was out with girls. I rarely saw gringos in Santo Domingo, they are more common at the beaches though.

Outside Santo Domingo

Bonao
I was able to go up north and check out the small city of Bonao for a day or two and I really enjoyed it. It's a little gem in the Cordillera Central. There are very beautiful girls there and it's a nice tranquil break from Santo Domingo. There is some nightlife and other fun to be had there, including a huge public pool that everyone partied at called Solimar. Lots of girls, good music and drinking. I got to check out the Balneario El Camellon too, which is a waterfall for swimming and place that everyone parties at. I also probably had my most "authentic" Dominican experience here, sitting out in the street next to a Colmado, drinking Presidente and Brugal and playing dominos with some dudes, then finishing off the night banging my Dominican chick right after. Great memories.

Beaches

I agree with everything MasculineProfiles said, except the bit about Boca Chica. Compared to the beaches elsewhere yes the quality is not there and it's pretty ghetto the more west you go on the beach, but don't write that place off entirely. It's a quick 25 minute trip from Zona Colonial if you want a short escape to catch some sun and sand and it's also not a bad option for trying to swoop some Dominicanas.

There are also some more remote beaches out near La Romana (which could be a hidden gem of a city as well) and Parque Nacional Del Este that I did a tour of and I would highly recommend them.

Reggaeton

The Dominican reggaeton is more raw and less commercial sounding, but I liked it... I'll add some to MP's mix here.

Parting Thoughts

Had a lot of fun and I know I'll be back, but this time it will be to spend less time in Santo and more in the other areas of the country. Areas like San Fransisco and Santiago.

I miss the DR.

My advice is rent a car if you can afford it, just make sure it has tinted windows. Everyone is in your window at every stop anyways, especially if you're lighter skinned, and it's even worse with a cute girl. It's just way easier to meet girls with a ride, and it's a huge status symbol in the DR. Just remember to keep your phone charged, since driving around Los Alcarrizos lost at night after dropping off a girl can get shady.

And wear your seat belt.

Driving in DR is a somewhat dangerous activity: should there be an accident you will most likely be considered at fault and held in custody until the matter goes before a court months later. Anyone considering a rental without a driver, please google the issue and make sure you understand the risks.

Question, I’m going in January 7th. Why stay in malecon Verus piantini on a short stay? There’s this spot in piantini I like a lot

If Piantini is your place, go for it.

A forum member once told me that if you hit someone/thing while driving in Dr, keep driving straight to the airport and GTFO.
