Looking for some ideas what to bring to work to eat before training. Usually eat lunch at 11, chicken and rice. My training (boxing) is from 17-19 so I would need to eat again at around 14.30-15.00.
What would you bring to eat? I wouldn't want to eat the same food as I ate before. Just looking some ideas/recipes.

What would be wrong with a tin of smoked oysters? Cheap and tasty. Maybe pair them with something possessing a high glycemic index to provide energy for later.

I generally do a glass of watered down gatorade during the workout, sometimes paired with a snicker's bar (if I'm not dieting).
You don't need very many quick carbs to fuel a workout.
50-60 grams is usually enough unless you do depletion type shit like 5x15 everything, in which case, enjoy your gains.
For just regular food I go for 70 grams of protein per meal (minimum) and under 900 calories. It's not hard to tally up macros and keep from being a fatass.

Try drinking 1-2 raw eggs, this has been my pre-workout for a while now. It will fight your hunger, boost/sustain your energy levels through your workout and make you a man.

Peanut butter and Banana sandwich on wheat got the idea from Ripetoe. I also get a pre-workout shake.
1 banana
1 scoop whey isolate
1 cup oats
1 cup rice milk (its hi GI, so it hits your system fast for more energy)

Nothing. Especially if your cutting. Increased insulin levels will hinder lypolysis. Those that have ventured into the >7%bf knows exactly what i'm talking about.
10g of bcaa's should be all you need to get you through a workout...try it once see if it's for you.
