Putin denounces US embrace of Homosexuality and Homosexual Marriage

I'm seriously beginning to think that Russia is blessed. Things are changing in the world.

I have always supported the need to be considerate of gays so that they do not feel alienated or hated, it is important that we do not signal out homosexuality as a sin such that we make homosexuals feel less worthy. We are all imperfect. However, I think laws/political agendas like this are eroding the concept of family, the complimentary gender roles of man and woman described in Genesis 1 and Genesis 2, that create family, children, and a prosperous civilization. History has shown that when civilizations become liberal in their views of sex/sexuality, they go into decline. Gay marriage is just one aspect of it. People need strong families, something they can get their minds around. Stuff like this muddies the waters greatly. Strange times we're living in for sure.
