I've read that turmeric can decrease sperm count. Also that flaxseed and folate have estrogen like effects.

Morning: 2 large coffees with Chaga Mushroom (powdered variety stirred in) overall it brings sustained power through the day and vastly better mood. Even my vision gets better from this stuff, always had 20/20 but it seems to give me hawk vision.

Wellman multi. One a day with meal. I like how they include ginseng and garlic.

Fish soup. The natural bone broth/fish oil from this is better than pills. Luckily I'm near the sea and a great restaurant. Even the most expensive fish oil pills always made me feel nauseous. I add cayenne to the soup for circulation. There is a lemon on the side that gets squeezed in.

I used to take retarded amounts of supps, but had a poor diet. Now I'm cleaning up and scaling way back. I still cycle off whatever I'm doing every 90 days.

Vitamin D, Vitamin C and zinc. I take all three daily. I suspect Vitamin C and zinc boosted my immune system - I haven't had a single cold this fall/winter season, whereas before I would usually catch a cold between one and three times per season.

Multi vitamitamin, ZMA, Vitamin D, L-Theanine and Hyperzine A when im studying. Hyperzine A works wonders for me when im studying and lets me focus more deeply without getting distracted too much. Much recommended

I noticed several people saying that they take casein protein.

I would STRONGLY suggest against taking casein --it is a practice based on outdated bodybuilding advice and is actually a great way to ruin your health. When people talk about the allergy-inducing effects of eating dairy, they are talking about casein. Ingesting casein of any form is associated with higher levels of inflammation and problems like gut and autoimmune disorders.

multivitamin, high strength oregano oil(for greasy foods), pumpkin seed oil(for better erections and heart health), zinc.

Sometimes tribulus terrestris for testosterone boost. Tongkat ali is way too expensive.

Used to take turmeric for digestion.

16/8 intermittent fasting works well for me. Sometimes do OMAD (One Meal a Day).

A good multivitamin-multimineral complex (you will get all trace elements, most vitamins, and some minerals, but don't expect to get your calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C from it, but you get all the rest). You may consider high nutrient foods, like spirulina, etc, but expect to take a lot, eg 5-10 grams of spirulina per day.

And it will not have a negative effect on the health? if you combine what I wrote above, and what you wrote now.
