MACA powder or Horny Goat weed extract do increase female libido. Whether you can put into drinks - those herbs there are in powder form. You would need herbal tinctures or crystallized powders.

50mg a day? This is horrible advice. 50mg a day is the lower end of what a male should take.

Yes, var will burn fat for her and make her horny, but the average woman who is fit and works out regularly shouldn't be taking any more than 5-10mg of anavar daily.
